There was one show while we were there; oddly enough the Melbourne drag queens were out-shone by the local dancers; but it was all good. Music is nightclub chic and the cages and poles were fun to dance around... The outside smoking area is cold in winter but that's where you can talk to people, right? Would have been better if the bar staff learned a few cocktails, but seriously good all the same... :-)

It's a good dance…read moreclub, with reasonable priced drinks and a good atmosphere, some nights it costs to get in which is sometimes a downer when you get upstairs and theirs 5 to 10 ppl there and you already wanna move on. But when its busy its a great place to be. There is another floor above Syrup which is itself a separate club "Plan B". Which should be reviewed separately.
