I always go in here with the best of intentions. Im open minded, happy and love to learn new things. Bit everytime I come in, I always catch the girl having a bad day. I feel like with head shops, you should have knowledgable, friendly staff working - because thats what its all about. Learning about the products they sell! Out of the handful of times ive been in here, Ive never bought anything. I go in with something in mind but the awkard expierence always makes me leave. I feel like when I ask a question, its bothering the cashier working. It would be nice if she would say she wasnt sure, but instead brushes me off - which leaves the impression that Im just a bother, not worth her time. Which SUCKS because although I find their prices high, they have some cool stuff Ive never discoveres before. If you want a good priced headshop in Forest Lawn, head 3 minutes down the road onto 36th Street and the corner of 26th AVE SE to Hemphisphere! Nice huge airy sunny place with personal service. Good philosophy giving the shop the same treatment as you would your plants. This place is pretty spacious, with tons of product here. Next Level doesn't have the same bling as the Smoker's Corner but has a good presentation of it across the board. You can get your hemp candy, clothing, food, jewellery here, your scales, stash cans, stash trays and vaporizers. There are T-shirts, Zippos, bongs, blunts and books. Love the alliteration! Tons of smoking products at fairly reasonable prices. And if you have time and you are in that headspace, just stare at their wall mural for awhile, that is worth the " trip " in itself. read more

This is one of the best places to buy a hookah and shisha. They have many different awesome designs and most are under $100. The cheapest being a $40 mini, (very cute and comes in many colours). They also sell both tobacco ($30/box) and tobacco free shisha ($5/box) in a large array of flavours. The staff were very clean and helpful, the store is well organised and easy to move around in. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! We went in to buy a product which they were sold out of. Two people ( barely of legal age) convinced us purchase a better item. We spent nearly $300 and the items (bought 2) dont even work! The girl was completely clueless and the boy was not only a liar, he has no idea about anything. We went back from out of town and when we went in, they put the items back in the bag and told us to leave the store! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, CLUELESS! And dont bother calling the owner. Don't always have what I need but can at least point me in in the direction of where I need to go when needed. Bad reviews are usually funny when you know otherwise. Never been so upset with a store. I bought a vape yesterday Only to bring it home and find its broken. I have the receipt and all the pieces yet was told I can't even get a replacement from them. Not only was the guy not helpful but extremely rude and pretty much told me to shove it. This place isn't bad, and would have 5 stars except for two things. One, this place is insanely overpriced. For any types of pipes or bongs you would be better off going to another head shop. Though, they have a huge selection of papers, which is always good to see. My other problem with this place is the staff. I go in here to buy some papers and there's some kids in there who think their cool cause they work there. Don't get me wrong, it's probably a cool place to work, but you don't need to be a total d-bag about it. I'm not just talking about one time (or person) either. If it was one time I'd be more understanding, maybe they're having a bad day or something, but not every time I go in there. These people need to understand that high school drop outs are not going to be your only customers and to treat everyone with the respect thet deserve. Just cause I'm in there in my business clothes doesn't mean I'm in the wrong store... or does it? Customers come first, not how cool you are for working in a head shop. Three out of five stars. The next level at 17 Ave SE is spacious and carries a large assortment of smoking accessories. I agree with dinah g that they are not as shiny and sparkly as somkers corner but they are definately the next best hemp shop on my list. The staff seems to be friendly and knowledgeable. read more

Went there to grab some item. Found the girl helping me to be ignorant and did not finish helping me out with the items I needed before taking off to help some other customer who walked in after I had. Talked to the other girl and she barley even listened to anything was trying to get help with. Maybe my money is better spent in a place with better customer service. read more

Very upset with the customer service of this establishment. Called to question about a certain product purchased that broke within a week of purchase. Wanted to know what I could do replacement parts etc. when the staff there became super defensive going on about how his rent is $5000 and the time it took for his staff to sell the item etc. Where is the professionalism? I could care less about your rent and what not. Explain to me what can be done not go off like I am in the wrong. Especially when I buy something for 40 then it breaks after using it twice.
