Stay away from this company. Very bad workmanship. Had them come back twice, but I am giving up and will just have another contractor come in and redo everything to make it right. They claim to use Kott Koatings, but I spoke with the owner Don Kott and he informed me that they are not an authorized dealer and he was going to send them a Seize and Desist Letter. read more

Terribly disappointed in the service I received from John owner of The New Look. I have a hairline crack in my kitchen sink which I needed repaired. John said his process would repair the crack which was causing a leak under my sink. It took 36 hours from start to finish. My entire kitchen was out of commission during this time. It looked beautiful. The glazing and sealing came with 5 year warranty. Less than two months later the crack came back and sink was leaking. When we called John to advise he said he would come back out. When he came out a few days later he spoke to my sister. He was mean and rude and did a quick fix. He then advised her that if called back he would charge us. Now less than a week from this rushed repair the crack is back and more leaking. This job cost 300.00 and I'm truly unhappy with the final results and lack of professionalism. An expensive lesson learned I would never recommend this for anyone. I had my bathtub reglazed over the summer so it would match with the white sink and shower pan instead of off white, it had drips and rough spots so he came back to fix and made it even worse. I called him and he would not call me back, they just took my $300.00 and ran. Beware of this company if you want quality work done. I have never left a bad review for any company before but these guys are off the charts, bad communication, bad service and they don't stand behind their work. read more
