    They don't even take MONEY! Last time I checked (just now) the cash in my pocket says, "This note…read moreis legal tender for all debts, public and private." They don't accept it. Credit/debit cards only. I'm so sad. I have tried to be their customer for a year, but it's too much work! Walked in today because the app wouldn't allow me to make a reservation. One person, slumped in his barber chair on his phone, another re-arranging her counter - no customer. A third working quietly. Slump doesn't move. The lady, "dreds" comes over I told her I was a walk in. Nobody waiting. I'm an old guy with not much hair left. 10 minutes and I'm in and out. Exactly 3:15pm. They reserve on the hour and the half hour. Says they can get to me in an hour and 15 minutes. I went somewhere else. Last time they double charged me. Time before they lost my reservation. I try to spend locally, but this is not the place. I gave them 5 stars last year on my first or second visit. I used to be Vice-President and manage small businesses for an investment company. I would have called in other staff, fired two, and set up training sessions for remaining staff. I would have called the President of the Company, told him of the changes and how I would oversee his franchises better. I would then provide an action plan to correct the sloppy way I had allowed this business to operate. This could be, and maybe it is a gold mine, but it is run like a junk yard. One star because I cannot leave less. P.S. my haircut took about 9 minutes at another place, looks great, cost 60% as much, and I tipped $20. I get a haircut 11 times a year. Revenue lost: $495.00. Tips lost: $220. Multiply that by how many customers you are losing... I am not the only one.
