Dominique Dorsainvil, MD. I arrived 45 minutes early for my 2:00 PM appointment to review my bloodwork. I waited until 2:30 PM, and during that time several other patients were called in ahead of me. I was never seen and eventually had to leave. This was a simple appointment just to review lab results, so the delay and lack of communication were frustrating and unacceptable. This was my first visit. The office staff was friendly and I was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Ibrahim Katibah was great. He is very knowledgeable. I felt at ease and did not feel rushed. He was very kind and thorough, and took time to answer my questions. He is one of the best doctors. read more

My Doctor, Ms. Sanchez, is fantastic. I feel I can be complete honest with her-even regarding not so great lifestyle choices... but I trust her, and her opinion. I also did not think I had cleared an infection. I called the office and within 1 hour, a new antibiotic was approved and ready at my pharmacy. I so much appreciate not having to hassle with the back and forth of multiple appointments. I think she is more forward thinking and not super old school when it comes to treating issues, which I also appreciate. Having to be a patient at this "Office" (nephrology) is already pretty awful. Dr. Sanchez has made my experience as pleasant as it can be. read more

Extreme unprofessional treatment from Dr. Dhingra. I witnessed him first hand mistreat his staff when he assumed no one was looking. Also extremely rude to patients, we decided to never return back to this clinic. Front desk was extremely rude and snapped back at me and other patients. I believe May was the name of the person in the front being very rude. read more

Once I arrived at the office I didn't have to wait long to get in to see the MA and then the doctor. They were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this office. read more

Office is fine. Like most offices, hard to get things done sometimes. I had to wait more than a week for a prescription refill and that bothered me enough to take a star off. I have to see the doctor every month because I do home hemodialysis and it's hard to schedule sometimes. Plus, they tell me all the time that I only need to come in quarterly but that's not true because I don't do incenter dialysis and they are always confused which is annoying. read more

Spoke to the receptionist over the phone about switching my mom to their office. She was extremely short and rude. Couldn't get my questions in before her answering them in a rude manner. If this how they treat ppl over the phone I can't imagine the in-person medical care. read more

Been seeing Dr Levy about 10 years. He's always very direct and honest. Sometimes the wait gets a bit too much, but I understand these are sensitive appointments than can end up being very time consuming. read more

Dr. Levy is Positively, in every possible way, a wise Specialist of few words upon which another philosophical treatise could have been composed due to its ethical barometer. Perks to this location are in-office labs where waiting for the results compared to others taken that same day has its benefits, but be sure to only submit copies because originals are not always returned. As for the wait time, they see other patients with emergent needs, and I didn't die due to a long wait for his exemplary treatment, per se, but in all, I was a new man, and felt 20 years younger when I was released from his care after having felt like Zagreus. read more

This office is full of crap. They want to schedule an appointment then when it's the week of the appointment, call and try to move it to a later time. Tell them I can't do that and I'm keeping the same time in the am. Show up to the office then the employees are rude and asking a hundred questions. Finally get into the office at 10:25am Appointment is was 9:30am. They take my payments and insurance then try to tell me my appointment was rescheduled for 1pm. Complete bullshit. read more

This was our first visit to Dr. Gurm since my brother got out of the hospital. We asked to record our visit so that we could review our visit later. He said he'd answer any questions we had but would NOT allow the conversation to be recorded. He then proceeded to talk to my brother and asked how is dialysis was going. That was another story but when my brother asked questions, Dr. Gurm kept saying that everything was the responsibility of the dialysis unit. He had no test results to look at and blamed the dialysis unit again. We asked about any medications and he said there aren't any for kidney issues. Then he said he wanted to give him meds but he couldn't because once again he did not have any test results. So which is it? We asked how soon would we get results and once again he had no idea and said it was up to the dialysis unit. We asked about my brother's bloodwork numbers since that is important. At that point he became agitated and said " those numbers don't matter". He was so arrogant and displayed a complete lack of compassion. If you have to see a nephrologist, DO NOT see this doctor. read more

This so-called doctor (Duflot) idea of treating you is a "one minute and 36 seconds phone appointment", and then hanging up on you. He literally absolutely hung up on me. This while knowing that I was in excruciating pain and I was sent to him specifically for the purpose of alleviating that pain. His office excuse (his secretary Mario) for his nasty attitude and despicable lack of care and compassion is that he was behind on time, but of course they don't have any problem billing the insurance company for hundreds of dollars. They also changed my face-to-face appointment to a phone appointment, no video or zoom, just phone! What a sad excuse for a doctor, absolutely, horribly pathetic. If you can't handle the stress of the job anymore, probably due to age, just retire. read more

My dad is 91 and hard to get him to his visits, we have been waiting over an hour passed our appointment time. Doctor Cao seems to like over booking his appointment. Don't come to this office if you can help it. read more

Our appointment is schedule at 4 pm. Receptionist called to see if we can come in at 3:45. It's ridiculous how we're here before 3:45 and It's almost 5:00. And we're still waiting. When you get call into the room you'll still be waiting for another 30-45 min. You basically can come here and take a good 2 hour nap. It only takes 20 minutes or so when you meet with the dr. It's always like this every single time. I'm assuming they careless about people's time. Very unfortunate. Nothing has been done or change to speed up the wait time or better things at all. read more

Dr. J Singh is my doctor and have been seeing him for a while now. Never have to wait longer than 10 mins. He explains everything well. Happy I was referred to him by my primary care. read more

Hate coming here... I always wait about 2 hours to see Cao so I switched to Martinez. Now I wait only 10-20 min and I feel he gives much better care. read more
