There prices are reasonable with a set of Acriylic nails costing £30 and infills £15. They do two different types of Acrylic nails, the plain ones with the pink and white acrylic and the airbrushed ones. The staff are really friendly and a laugh and always make you feel welcome. They are very hospitable as even if i have gone away and broke a nail and come back the next day they fix it for free. When it was my friends wedding they fitted us all in in the morning and did a really good job of her and the bridesmaids nails. The only problem is parking is sparse. You can park in the street opposite but you can only park for one hour. You used to be able to park in the guildhall but that is shut at the moment (Nov 2008) but if you can park there you can park for two hours!

The salon has a fun 90's vibe (they often host free styling nights with Dutty Girl) and they aren't afraid of an edgy cut or serious colour transformation. Kadi is also on hand to offer amazing nail art and Esme runs vintage styling classes! Their prices are average, with a cut and restyle at £40, and you will emerge feeling totally pampered!

These nail bars are opening all over the place now and no doubt will grab as much cash as possible evade tax, pocket the lot and disappear. Four of them opened in our town in the same week. It is quite an organised set up clearly funded by big money that makes big money quickly keeping ahead of the taxman. They've found a niche where they face little competition. The staff appear to speak little to know English but I'm sceptical as they are mostly in their 20's. I'd say they couldn't be bothered. I noted when staff became free they went immediately on to their mobile phones and with a dozen working diligently the place was spookily quiet. Some staff left with their phones to stand outside to smoke. The best part was the massage chairs.
