We have purchased several smaller decor items from them over the years, as well as a few larger pieces - and the service is always top notch. All of the staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful... but they also don't hover. They let you enjoy the store in peace, and are always available if you need help. Sadly, Hometown, my preferred shop, was closed due to a medical emergency. So he went to another florist in town where he got the *WORST* bouquet of flowers I've ever seen IN MY LIFE. You should have seen my face today when I looked at our bank account and saw he spent $60. THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT THEM IN A VASE. He bought the flowers Monday and they're ALREADY DYING. In the nearly 15 years I've been using Carrie and Hometown Floral, I've never seen a bad bouquet and I've had arrangements last weeks. She has always used superior flowers, made arrangements within my budget that looked like they cost twice as much, and is an absolute delight to work with. I will shout from the rooftop that Hometown is THE florist to use in the greater Williamsport area.
