When I called the number listed someone took my message and sent it to the office staff. I never receive a call back and that was after leaving a message twice. We continue to use them because they are so amazing at what they do! From the time I drove into the parking lot until I drove out of the parking lot, I was comfortable, greeted with friendly knowledgeable care, the environment is super clean, the staff is so patient, caring, and Family oriented. They made sure that I was comfortable in the setting, that all of my needs were taken care of, and then I felt sure about the diagnosis and where to go from there. I 1000% recommend this place to anyone who needs urgent care services. I could go on, but I think you get the point. I will add, when I left, it had started to get dark and there was a parking lot security officer who made sure I even got to my car safely. I have had problems with my eyes for over 2 years due to an autoimmune disease. He just dismissed it and said that it's allergies and told me to get some drop over the counter that cost $25.99. I am now in the process of trying to go see a specialist in Houston because the Dr here don't seem to really want to listen to what I have to tell them. I have had so many test done on my eyes and asked him to get them from my other Dr in Las Vegas and he straightened out said no I don't need them it's just allergies. I left there broken hearted and with still infected eyes and when I told him I was out of the drops that normally help he just brushed it off. So my primary care Dr. Does listen and he sent a script in so I could get them. Maybe don't be so cocky and listen to your patients. Just take the time to act like you care.
