Starting with their phone manners until the move was completed, without a doubt this company is the Best in Rapid City!! I know because I called everyone else, before deciding to use Thomas & Sons. Phone manners can make it or break any deal before it even starts, and these people are professionals starting from the first phone call. Their movers are super polite, punctual, accommodating, they listen, they neither assume nor dismiss what you have to say. He joined two of his hired men to help with the move. They were courteous and efficient. I have to give an extra shout out to these men: they took out our old washer and dryer and set up our new ones. The washer needed a different plug-in and one of the men knew how to replace it. Lucas then took our washer and dryer to Restore on his own time. That is excellent customer service.

The chairs had the finish rubbed off the tops of the backs because they had turned some of them upside down to haul them. They gouged the entry door frame of the house forcing furniture through the door. They moved a 3 piece living room set, 2 end tables, a Dining room set with 10 chairs, a king bed, floor mirror, Desk, Curio Cabinet,Washer & Dryer along with a half a dozen smaller items. Charged me over $1000.00 for this. No boxes or other furniture. Took several breaks and really milked the time clock. All but 3 pieces of furniture had damage done to them. The dining room table and chairs now has to refinished at a cost of $2100.00. DO NOT USE GREENS!
