Since I was introduced, I've switched over completely from weightlifting to only doing Iyengar Yoga. This practice has been so beneficial for my mind, body, and spirit. My body is opening up in ways it never has and I feel light, pain free, and more relaxed each time I go to class. The instructors are all amazing. They don't want to just run you through of bunch of poses and call it a day. They aim to actually teach you what you're doing, why you're doing, and HOW to actually progress with each asana so that your mind, body, and spirit receive the benefit of the pose. I'm super grateful for this center and all of the instructors, especially Carolyn, the owner. If you haven't tried Iyengar Yoga, I highly recommend you go to a class!

The Iyengar Yoga source studio is by far one of the best yoga studios I've ever frequented. Their instruction is top-notch, as is their understanding of all aspects of Yoga. As a beginner, there is no question, but that it's best to start at a studio like this. And, for long-term practitioners, it is essential to have a community like this one to be a part of.

On weekends, I stay active with dance and yoga, but during the weekdays I spend long hours sitting at a desk using a keyboard and mouse. The Del Mar team are all super friendly and make the whole experience positive. I have never had any issues with scheduling or getting support to ensure my credits are applied. I love that once I found a flexologist that was a good match for me, I could book in ahead and have consistency. I always look forward to my regular Friday morning sessions with Chavva! She is extremely knowledgeable and efficient while also taking time to understand my specific needs at the beginning of each visit. I always leave feeling like I got a good "tune-up". My muscles feel stretched and less tense and I often go home with some stretches I can add to my routine too. Chavva is always in a great mood - she is professional but also friendly and easy to talk to (sometimes a great distraction from tight muscles getting stretched). I had such a positive experience that now my husband also sees Chavva and my son, a soccer player, has also been to see her. As an athlete herself, she really understands his needs and has been a great addition to his care routine too!
