What a great introduction to our new community manager! Assisted of course, by an amazing venue…read more Stepping in to Bubbacue, every detail is used to make you feel that you are entering into Southern America (BBQ country). From the jars for your choice of fresh lemonade or iced tea, to the metal trays that are used to transport the heaven sent meat. We were lucky enough to try a few items from the menu (beef brisket, pulled pork, chicken, and chicken wings) all of which equally delicious as the next. A real plus was watching the meat being carved. It really added a mouth watering element and the staff explained exactly how the meat is prepped and how it needs to be cut. It was great meeting other Yelpers and although I didn't get to meet everyone hopefully I'll be able to remedy that at another event! Until then, I'll have to think of another excuse to get down to Bubbacue again.

The event was really well planned with a good introduction to the food that we were about to sample, then trying some of the dishes, followed by a good chat with some Yelpers, while taking loads of food pictures (and selfies too!!) and finally the rewards for best pics. Bubbacue is great and having an event there was success guaranteed! So was a good evening to meet some new people and hopefully on the next one I will meet even more! Overall, great job Stevie!
