I went in to get a present for a friends 21st birthday, I wanted a special Pandora bead to add to her bracelet which she was getting as a present. I entered the store and started to have a mooch around at all the beautiful jewellery. After a minute or so an assistant came over and asked if I needed any help. I told her what I was after and she asked me if there was any particular type of bead I was after. They had ones with charms, novelty shapes, precious stones and glass. I had decided to get one with a precious stone in as it was a special birthday. She then started bringing over trays of gorgeous beads for me to look at. She told me to place the ones I liked in a little basket so that I could look at them again and compare them to each other. There were so many stunning beads I ended up with loads to compare to each other. It was such a difficult decision that I had to agonise over it for a long time. The assistant was patient with me. I asked her opinion and she showed me her bracelet and her favourite bead, which was embellished with black mother of pearl. I decided to go for this one. As she knew my bead was a gift she asked if I would like it wrapped for no extra charge. She put it in a gorgeous little box with a couple of chocolates inside. She then added a pretty ribbon and put it in a little Pandora bag. The bead cost me £30 and it was a very well received present. The beads can cost anything up to £620!!! The beads are not cheap but they are of a much higher quality than the cheap imitations that can be seen in high street stores such as Dorothy Perkins. This is a brilliant shop and the service is first class.

Pandora specialises in handmade women's jewellery which provides something beautiful and precious to the customer. The staff are fantastic here and they provide attention and service which really is admirable not too mention professional. This place works hard and is firmly established as a big name within Liverpool One as it competes against the many other jewellers.

Well there's certainly a lot of natural materials here - err I thought somehow this was an ethical shop so I do hope that these lovely, calm people behind the counter only found the necessary branches for their wooden goods lying on the ground - hand crafted into jewellery boxes - handy for my collection of blood diamonds - trinket boxes and box boxes. IVE HAD A TERRIBLE TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. My iPad was not…read morecharging fully. ON 2nd May 2018 Martin took charge of the iPad for repair. I then got a call to go to the clinic to put in my 4 digit code to give them access for repair. At this point I decided to have the screen replaced even though it was not causing any problems. It had a very small crack that was hardly noticeable. 6th June after a new screen had been fitted and allegedly the charging fault fixed we paid £160. On collection we found that the charging port had not been fixed the keypad had dead spots and would not go in to sleep mode. 11th June returned the iPad for repair. 22nd June collected the iPad charging chip had been replaced, 2nd screen fitted. Keyboard still had dead spots and would not go in to sleep mode. 25th June returned iPad and the third screen was fitted. 5th of July informed by telephone that the iPad could not be fixed. 6Th July informed that the iPad needs a new mother board at a cost of £140. Martin would be prepared to fix it if I paid half of repair cost plus £10 labour. I collected the iPad to back up my files. I had used the iPad for my business right up to delivering it for charging repair. I could not wait any longer. I had to purchase a new iPad. After contacting the clinic and leaving a number of messages I was unhappy with their lack of professionalism and eventually spoke to the manager who for some reason had never been available when I had contacted them. I discussed claiming a minimal amount through their insurance company and in return giving them the iPad. The owner promised to call me back after 48 hrs. He did not call me back or contact me in any way. As I have been out of the country until recently I have been unable to attend to this matter. I have now decided to take this to the small claims court and trading standards. The clinic had taken £160 under false pretences on 6th June when they informed me that the charging port had been repaired. This is illegal. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY.
