Super friendly and attentive to my requests. The cost was affordable and super competitive compared to other quotes I received. They also take care of the veterans with a discount which was much appreciated. I wasn't in the home to witness the services rendered, but upon seeing the home in the evening, there was a significant difference in the carpet cleanliness and appearance. No issues or noticed missed areas. Everything was pretty much handled with their customer portal which made bill payment easy and convenient since I could not be there during the service. I value loyalty whenever reasonable. So I had her and two of her employees clean my new home before I moved in. It took them NINE HOURS to clean a new house with fresh paint and new carpets and still managed to do a terrible job. There was dust and moths in the window sills, light fixtures not touched at all, blinds were dusty, doors and doorknobs were gross. I told her what was wrong and she said I was wrong and that the house was filthy and that she did a great job. I tried to give her a chance to fix it but she kept giving excuses and eventually just did a no-show, no-excuse. During my move I got bit by my cat getting her into the kennel and ended up in the hospital for two days and didn't respond to her about her fake excuses right away and she told me I was lying about being injured. I would not recommend this business to anyone who expects quality work or accountability and reliability.
