The tech and vet were thorough and knowledgable without coming across as preaching or condescending. One of the receptionists, I don't remember her name but she has long black hair, even followed me out to my car to help bring carriers in and offered a bowl of water for one of our pups when we arrived. Unfortunately, one person could possibly deter us from returning. Kendra scheduled us and was informative on the phone, but I felt like she didn't LISTEN to me because she was too focused on trying to push her agenda. The day of our appointment, I noticed she rudely took over the other receptionist trying to check us in and tried to upsell extra vaccines, tests, and switching preventions. I was taken back as I did not want to discuss it in a lobby full of people (I'd also rather discuss with the doctor and her assistant because our pets are seniors and change is huge). She finally lost her patience with me and dropped it. When we returned a several months later for their bordetellas, she was standoffish towards us. Whatever she was doing on the computer was too important to look away to greet us or the couple behind us. I understand that people have off days, but this was 3 separate interactions. I've never felt inclined to leave a review but these interactions are red flags

I am more than disappointed in this clinic. A few months back I had taken my cat here due to her…read morefalling lethargic and refusing to eat. The vet, although I can't remember her name, had suggested we do a blood test to try and find the cause. After doing the blood test, they ensured me they would get in contact with me as soon as the results came in. About 3 days later I received a call from the vet tech telling me the results had come in, but that the vet was on vacation. I was given a general summary of the tests, they believed my cat had Feline Herpies. I asked where we go from here, and the vet tech assured me I would get a call Monday when the vet was back for the next steps. Monday came and I never got a call. My cat was getting worse. Refusing to eat, despite following directions the vet had given me. I called and the receptionhist was beyond rude, giving me attitiude for not knowing the name of the vet. After figuring it out, the receptionist told me the vet was on break, and that she would call me after. I never got a call. Mind you, all of this is happening during finals for college, so as you can imagine I was more than stressed. After never receiving a call Monday, I called again the next day, telling them my cat was getting worse and that we needed help. Once again, I was told the vet was out and unavailable to talk to me. After getting fed up, my grandmother called them and demanded they talk to me. ONLY THEN did the vet call me back and talk about medication options for my cat. I relayed to her on the phone that my cat was much worse than before and asked what we needed to do. The vet prescribed me a medicine that helps with appetite, mind you, the food had to be eaten, and my cat, was not eating. Due to the lack of help and assistance from this clinic, I ended up having to take my cat to an emergency clinic, where they stated she had gone into liver failure, and both her lungs and heart were filled with fluid. We showed them the tests from this vet, and even they stated that based on the results, this could have been prevented had steps of been taken sooner. We ended up having to put my cat down due to her mass amounts if suffering. Once again, this could have been prevented had the vet of actually taken her time to talk to me and help me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They don't take the time to listen to your needs, nor help you.

I've worked in Vets for the past 6 years and has not been able to find a vet that's either going to scam you with prices or give unnecessary treatment. It's been a long 8 weeks with our boy and we couldn't have gotten through it without them! Between all of the medications, 2 surgeries and so many X-rays I've lost count, our credit & bank accounts aren't crying because of dr Steve & brit! This clinic has changed in the last year. Under the old management and previous staff this place…read morewas amazing. But this new management team, and the staff, wow. Not an ounce of compassion, only want money, money, money. I had no idea my regular veterinarian was no longer there. Every time I'd call for an appointment, they would say "we can get you in on this day/time, but it won't be with your regular vet", as if to imply my regular vet is not available on that day only. Come to find out, my vet hasn't been there in months, and the new vet apparently doesn't know how to read previous medical records. Knew absolutely nothing about my pets history, and didn't bother to ask. When checking out I realized they added prescriptions to my bill which I had declined with the veterinarian (which I tried to explain was due to a previous allergic reaction, but they would not listen), so when I tried to decline the prescription again when paying my bill, they basically told me I was going to kill my pet if I didn't give them this rx. Ummm... you mean you're going to kill my pet because you didn't look at their history and have no idea you are prescribing something that almost killed my pet in the past. Never again. Not telling me that my regular veterinarian is no longer at the clinic is one thing. But to not bother with my pets important history, that is just pure negligence.

Unlike most vets, with Bethany (Dr Crellin) you are not just another number. Most vets are out to make a buck. She even sent me a sympathy card, surely one of the saddest days of my life , first time to allow my best friend, Lucky, to be in peace and not suffer any longer. As time moves on, I understand perhaps I may have let it go too long, but it does not negate the fact I miss my dog immensely. For those of you who have to ultimately make this decision, know that understanding comes in time after being upset.
