The vet, although I can't remember her name, had suggested we do a blood test to try and find the cause. After doing the blood test, they ensured me they would get in contact with me as soon as the results came in. About 3 days later I received a call from the vet tech telling me the results had come in, but that the vet was on vacation. I was given a general summary of the tests, they believed my cat had Feline Herpies. I asked where we go from here, and the vet tech assured me I would get a call Monday when the vet was back for the next steps. Monday came and I never got a call. My cat was getting worse. Refusing to eat, despite following directions the vet had given me. I called and the receptionhist was beyond rude, giving me attitiude for not knowing the name of the vet. After figuring it out, the receptionist told me the vet was on break, and that she would call me after. I never got a call. Mind you, all of this is happening during finals for college, so as you can imagine I was more than stressed. After never receiving a call Monday, I called again the next day, telling them my cat was getting worse and that we needed help. Once again, I was told the vet was out and unavailable to talk to me. After getting fed up, my grandmother called them and demanded they talk to me. ONLY THEN did the vet call me back and talk about medication options for my cat. I relayed to her on the phone that my cat was much worse than before and asked what we needed to do. The vet prescribed me a medicine that helps with appetite, mind you, the food had to be eaten, and my cat, was not eating. Due to the lack of help and assistance from this clinic, I ended up having to take my cat to an emergency clinic, where they stated she had gone into liver failure, and both her lungs and heart were filled with fluid. We showed them the tests from this vet, and even they stated that based on the results, this could have been prevented had steps of been taken sooner. We ended up having to put my cat down due to her mass amounts if suffering. Once again, this could have been prevented had the vet of actually taken her time to talk to me and help me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They don't take the time to listen to your needs, nor help you.

I've worked in Vets for the past 6 years and has not been able to find a vet that's either going to scam you with prices or give unnecessary treatment. It's been a long 8 weeks with our boy and we couldn't have gotten through it without them! Between all of the medications, 2 surgeries and so many X-rays I've lost count, our credit & bank accounts aren't crying because of dr Steve & brit! She helped decipher what could be possible issues as well as really helpful information regarding any possible causes or measures for after our visit. Dr. David was just as wonderful as he was very informative and took proper protocol to let me know what he would have done any different and what he will do, while helping me stay affordable. At the very end of our visit when we were leaving, our front receptionists were super wonderful. I unfortunately did not get either of their names but shout out to both of them! lol. Overall, our visit was super wonderful and worth every minute I felt comfortable and I felt like my dog has gotten the help that she needed and if any future problems were to arise, I feel very comfortable coming back to this very clinic and definitely will be doing so.

Vet did the aspirate of the lymph node and conducted a quick microscope slide examination. She returned and informed me unequivocally and with confidence that my dog had lymphoma and without treatment would be dead in 6 to 8 weeks. She dismissed pathology but did asked me if I wanted a referral to an Oncologist. Before I could respond, she suggested that I speak with my family and she promised to call me the next morning. And unbeknownst to me, she wrote in the file that I "refused pathology." The vet NEVER CALLED. Less than a week later my dog was examined by an oncologist at Sugarland veterinarian hospital. My dog does not does not have cancer. I spent $300 at the animal Hospital of the Woodlands and 1400.00 for the oncology report. The animal hospital the woodlands refused to refund me a penny and refused to take any responsibility for their unprofessional veterinarian practices. Needless to say my pets will never be seen there again.

I called them to make an appt for evaluation with Dr Wall and the next day Traveler start his rehab for 21 session. Traveler doesn't like to ride a car and going to Dr's, I guess he knows that they always do something to him and I have to fight with him to just get in a car. His second session for rehab I was shock he just went inside my car with no issue and he can't wait to go inside the clinic. His very smart husky and if you told him we are going to Dr Wall his so excited going. I can't thank them enough for what they done with Traveler and the love that their giving it to him. Traveler recovered and his back on his track and we go every month for his shot. I would highly recommend Dr Wall's clinic and the entire staff are amazing caring and loving!

And that's with me bringing home my dog and handling her after life care ourselves (we have a spot in the backyard prepared). What can possibly cost $100? It can't be inflation. I have been down this road before with the same breed, although it has been almost 10 years. This is a tiny breed, she has stopped eating, and she has lost more than half her weight. There is no quality of life left. I guess I'm going to keep calling around. It's a shame too because a social media post recommended this place. It's difficult to get appointments with our regular vet so we plan to continue going to this practice as needed. They follow up, too, which is a nice touch.
