EPPD onsite for safety. The reason only 3 stars is the food was not up to par for the price the family paid for their package. The brisket was good but the side dishes were just okay. Don't cut corners on the food! There were also only 2 attendants the whole night with the owner coming in at the end...this is not enough to serve food and clear tables and help with spills for the large groups this venue can hold. If you want 5 stars... step up the food and support staff and then the hall would be perfect.

I absolutely recommend this ballroom for any type of event that requires a ballroom. I had my…read morewedding here and Lynn and Hector were with me every step of the way! Lynn takes charge of all the little details and is kind of the master behind the curtain. She talks decor, food, cake, Dj, photographer - basically anything you need and everything you didn't think you needed that day - she has it and is on top of it making sure she doesn't skip a beat! She's alway super quick to respond and has a person for every service should you need it! She's got photographers, Djs, bar staff, people who can marry you, catering staff, I mean they've got it all! Your one stop shop for your event! Hector comes into play on your rehearsal and guides you through it all. On the day of the wedding he's super present and hold your hand through the day guiding you during each event (i.e entrance, all the first dances, toasts, wedding traditions he's there). My special day went incredibly smooth and I was so much at ease! The only thing I worried about that day was my feet hurting from all the standing/dancing! Again I highly recommend this place as YOU WILL BE CATERED TO!

Again when the presentation of the video of her life... we couldn't see because we were seated under the pillars & the screen was facing the door. Perhaps a backdrop screen covering the bar just for this presentation. The food wasn't really good; chicken with a white sauce, no vegetables and rice was not good nor attractive. I suggest you train the wait staff to address guests that napkins are not rags! A young man asked me for "my rag" because he was picking up dishes and glassware. I am a mom, grandmother and realize the young employees & understand they are learning and took no offense but other people may. For me it was funny since he pointed to my lap! I said to him, "oh you mean my napkin!". He nodded. I hope you will contact me further if you wish for me to express what I meant by the suggestions. Thank you for allowing me to express my view.

This review is for the wedding and event venue portion of the ranch: This venue is BEAUTIFUL. The…read moreonly reason they are getting 3 stars is b/c of the woman in charge of coordinating events. I believe her name is Carmen. We had our wedding ceremony and reception here. Everyone employee working during our wedding day was wonderful except Carmen. From the day we toured the venue she gave us the run around. We were constantly Locke sour when we had appointments to be there with our wedding planner. She tried to charge us for things that were not in the contract. She even left the venue locked the day of the wedding. My weddingbegan at 6 and by 4:30 it was locked and my wedding planner was livid b/c they needed to set up but Carmen insisted it was her day off which is unacceptable when we have signed a contract to be there the day of. We signed for a two ticket/guest bar and paid out of pocket upon signing the contract. However, Carmen failed to tell us that we would have an additional tab b/c drinks are worth different amount of tickets. This ruined my husbands mood in the middle of our day b/c we got slammed with a $500+ bar bill when we had no idea this would be happening. We also were made to pay for an additional bartender but both bartenders were under age with zero bar tending experience and only one of the two bartenders were even doing anything. The other simply watched his underage partner attempt to make some poorly made drinks. This was very frustrating and we had to close the bar mid-reception b/c we could not afford this unpredictable expense that was not outlined in our contract. This venue has so much potential and it is gorgeous and everyone except Carmen and the underage bartenders were amazing and helpful. Unfortunately, If Carmen continues with this venue, other events and other people will continue to be disappointed and frustrated on a day that is supposed to be the greatest and happiest day of their lives. Carmen should be released from this company and this company/venue will be capable of so much more.
