DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! I REPEAT BE SMART DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! To start I was a resident before it was The Micheal B, it was Spectrum. Spectrum was amazing honestly every year after your first year you got a bonus after you renewed your lease they paid you, the staff was nice and friendly they fixed thing's promptly and not cheap and the community was actually a place to be proud of. But then one day it was like a thief came in, in the night and took over and from that point everything went down. It was The Micheal B, they literally had one person in the office, one maintenance person, the phone system wasn't setup yet, the online payment wasn't setup yet, they had no access to our files, it was a complete nightmare. After about 6 month's you would think thing's would change no ma'am the regional manager quit which tells you something it was unorganized and too much pressure and not enough money. The office staff that they did end up getting was definitely not up to par and rude, and they always seem to be short staffed in the office and with the maintenance staff. They can never keep an office manager for longer than 6 months, the longest one they had was Ashley Moya, and they promoted her to the regional manager but the only thing she's regionally good at is lies and deceiving. If you want to be missed treated, and want maintenance men that are perverts and thieves, if you love to live in filth, if you don't like your car, the gates are always broken, if you love to fight and argue to get thing's done right, if you never want to visit the swimming pool because it's always closed, get your mail in the dark because the mailroom lights are out, possibly get assaulted, your neighbors are always fighting so you don't get good sleep, you get the cheapest work done to your apartment, they put lipstick on a pig well The Micheal B is where you need to be. The Micheal B isn't where you get your money's worth it's where you pay good and get less and treated poor and you just might get lucky and have green water!!! read more

I'm giving this property 3 stars because while maintenance is generally responsive and works hard, my overall experience moving into this apartment has been frustrating and disappointing. To start with the positives, maintenance usually responds quickly and the staff themselves have always been kind and professional. My frustration is not with maintenance. Office management also responds fairly quickly, but the follow-through and actual resolution of issues has been inconsistent. When I completed my initial walk-through, the apartment was still actively being repaired and prepped for move-in. There were markings throughout the unit showing repairs that still needed to be completed, however many of those items remained unfinished when I received my keys. There was a large brown oil-like stain in the second bedroom that I pointed out during the walk-through. While part of the carpet was eventually replaced after I moved in, a similar stain in my closet was never repaired and is still there to this day. The overall quality of the renovation work was poor. There were holes left in walls from anchors and nails, sawdust throughout the unit, nails continuing to come up through the upstairs carpet months later while vacuuming, damaged or missing window screens, missing caulking around floorboards and bathrooms, doors that did not properly shut or lock, and hardware that appeared improperly installed. Some of the door issues were eventually repaired by maintenance, but many of these issues should have been addressed before move-in. My carpet was also dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned prior to receiving the unit. The biggest ongoing issue for me has been the dryer. Despite multiple maintenance visits and attempted repairs, it still barely works and takes several cycles just to dry a normal load of laundry. Washing bedding or larger loads has become extremely frustrating because it can take days just to get through laundry. I was told management would be notified regarding the issue, but I never received any follow-up and it has now been weeks. Since moving in this past November, I have submitted a total of 11 maintenance requests for various repairs throughout the unit. Other issues included a thermostat that did not work during winter, leaving me without heat and forcing me to purchase space heaters myself, a leaking bathroom sink that required multiple visits to fully repair, a laundry room door repair, and a dishwasher issue shortly after move-in. Now that the weather has warmed up, I've also started dealing with bugs including ants, baby spiders, roaches, and other insects, even after recently having the unit sprayed. The property itself also does not appear to be very well maintained. Dog waste is frequently left around the property, the gym is dusty, the pool and barbecue area appear outdated and not well maintained, and the mailbox area often feels dirty and poorly kept. The gated dog park also has a very strong odor and does not appear to be cleaned regularly. I've put a lot of time, effort, and money into making my apartment feel like home, and the rent savings are realistically one of the main reasons I've stayed. However, based on the condition of the apartment at move-in and the amount of ongoing maintenance issues within less than six months, I do believe these units are overpriced for what is actually being delivered. I would strongly recommend future units be fully inspected, properly cleaned, and fully repaired before new tenants are given keys. read more

Beware a lot of the reviews on Google are bots. Lived here for 2.5 years. Unorganized Management. There's a $6 fee month to just process your rent on their website. Never had that w/ any other apartment complex. Keep a copy of your lease. At one point, management lost my lease due to an update on their end, then tried to charge the month-to month rate unless I had a copy of the lease as proof. Luckily I did. Pool was closed due to a health hazard, that they never fully disclosed to their residence. Turned in keys then was told I should've received a move-out email specifying the move out process. When I spoke to Arella Weidman and specifically asked about this, I was told there were no guidelines. read more

Horrible vibe from the guy at the front desk and the leasing agent. Wasn't greeted, just ignored while he sat at his desk. When we asked for information, he just told us to take a seat. Finally the leasing agent showed up and she couldn't even provide info because she was booked up for the whole week. Couldn't tell us if there was any apts available, uninterested in helping us out. I'm convinced the majority of these reviews are bots or people who have been paid off. When Spectrum Apartments changed ownership, all went south. These apartments now mirror low-income residents. The grounds are flooded with dog poop. Screaming domestic fights at 2am, cars going off and being broken into. The main entry gates are always broken. My fire alarms dripped of battery acid and Ashley, the manager at the time, literally screamed at me because I had called the fire department to take down the constant chirping alarms because maintenance refused. In March 2024, I was assaulted by a woman while walking to my car. She started screaming that she was going to kill me and was ranting about my "white privilege". I called the police and filed a report. The office refused to do anything because I "didn't capture it on video". I literally had to move because I feared for my life. Don't move here. read more

I've lived here for a year now. We just transitioned to a new apartment and this is what it looks like (see pictures) upon move in. Despite being told I needed to "wait until it is ready" before I can move in. Yet the unit clearly was not ready. It's now been 2 weeks since move in and still not everything is fixed. The worst part about all of this is they raised my rent! My rent was raised over $100 a month for an apartment they didn't even inspect or get ready?!? They also decided to tell me AFTER I paid the non-refundable transfer fee that the rent was raised. Convenient right? Now every time I try to say anything to the office you just get the typical "we can't do anything it's over our heads" instead of actually fixing the problem. I have requested to be compensated for my first month and was told by David it was denied. The first time I had maintenance come out the following was stolen while home... -Brand new Apple watch -AirPods -Louis Vuitton purse Not to mention, the apartment was not inspected prior to move in as their maintenance guy had a heat stroke and was out for 2 weeks (the one who completes the inspection) during the same week we moved in! My mom moved here a year ago, I came down to visit her from California. I seen a lot of reports of crime in Vegas so I was worried. But I have to say I am feeling good she moved here. This place seems very safe, seen security several times while I was walking around, community is gated and it has a nice little store in the community. read more

Priscilla is HEAVEN SENT! I came to tour these apartments on two different occasions without an appointment and both times she was so sweet and accommodating! She answered ALL of my questions, gave me extra information that i wouldn't even think to ask, showed me multiple units, and offered units that weren't even available to the public yet, ensuring that she was able to help me in anyway she could! I mentioned i didn't have a dining room table and she even offered me her OWN PERSONAL barstools that she no longer needed. This woman is AMAZING, and I'm so grateful for all of her help. I'm touring a few more properties but this is my top contender and one of the MAIN reasons is because of Priscilla! read more

The complex is well maintained and has a decent gym and pool. Units were nice too. I toured a 1 bedroom unit and also their Townhome. The Townhome was bigger than I expected and has plenty of space. Priscilla, one of the leasing agents, was great to interact with. Will consider moving in here. read more

Please look at the reviews before you decide to move to this apartment! I've been here for 8 months and everything was ok till I came back yesterday from a work trip and my car was gone ! At first I though for some reason my car was towed even though I was on my assigned parking spot but the moment I walked into my apartment I notice the keys were gone and my patio door was slightly opened and no there was no force entry! And yes I always triple checked that I lock my doors. Nothing else was stolen nothing not even my bags that were on the dining table. When the officer came for me to file the report he also agreed that who ever did it had access to the apartment when I told this to the manager he literally laughed and didn't take this serious like the fact that only I and the office have keys to my apartment tells me everything. Who ever did this has to obviously has access to those keys and again management is not taking this serious. I feel very unsafe living here The manager keeps laughing and making out this a joke read more

I really appreciate the front office manager Ashley. Even though I'm a very difficult person to deal with at times. She's always patient and kind. She is extremely sweet and professional. Even though she knows I'm about to have one of my male adult temper tantrum's. She always has a smile and she always patiently say " how can I help you Giovanni." I've been here 6 years, and I can honestly say, she's the absolute best manager that has ever been here. I love the fact that she has addressed and fixed some major problems that we had before she came here when this place was called the Spectrum. He was informative and showed me a unit in person and another floor plan virtually (not sure if the virtual tour option wasn't available previously but can say it was not referenced). DO NOT MOVE HERE , i would advise not to move into the apt complex at all , but if you choose to just would advise to not move into a bottom unit at all bc there's a chance your gonna get upstairs tenants like mine who were inconsiderate, obnoxiously and excessively loud all day and all hours of the night . We've lived here for 2 years , we should have known it was some bs due to the apt not being clean whatsoever when we moved in dirt and mold everywhere, cracked mirror broke knob on the dryer ,broken door stopper A new tenant moved in upstairs on top of us and we've been living in complete hell since that day . We understand it's an apt but and you're gonna hear your neighbors especially when they're on top of you , however these disturbances are excessive . The upstairs tenant will stomp the entire apt floorplan non -stop all day . We both work , and it was clear the tenants upstairs did not work & wont go anywhere all day . The stomping all day would take place for hours just stomping back and forth shaking our appliances and entire apt , as well as dragging and slamming furniture all night . There disturbances last for hours all the way up until 4&5am. Security patrol has been called and all the tenant do was get even louder . Once i went to the office , the property director said she needed proof on video of the disturbances with the time showing it's occurring after quiet hours , which is suppose to be 10pm-8am. Once I provided her exactly what she asked for , she then sent me to the apartment's attorney's that handle the case . The attorneys emailed me a letter stating they had no evidence from management that the tenants were of no disturbances at all . Which was a complete lie , the property director herself said how excessive the disturbances were . She claimed to have " reached out " to the tenants and they didn't answer which I'm sure was a lie . They have no respect or regard for their downstairs tenants , it sounds like they're building a house every single day in their apt . The parking lot is quieter than they are . It sounds like elephants are stomping and running back and forth . It's complete torture . We get no sleep , and when we try to sleep we get woken up abruptly due to loud thumps shaking and hitting our ceiling , it's awful , earplugs don't even work, the tv can be loud , even music can be turned on and they're gonna be louder than all of those things . Save yourself the frustration, exhaustion pain and suffering and do not move here . The apartment has gotten 2 new management companies in 2 years that's a sign already . As well as , one of the months when rent was due , the mangement company charged every tenant $100 for common area maintenance fee . When i called the office to find out what that fee was for , they said it was because they're new management & they didn't charge the tenants the CAM fee for the past 2 months . They had the nerve to send an email to the tenants notifying them of this fee on the 1st of the month when rent is due , how inconsiderate is that ? You're suppose to least give a 30-60 day notice to your tenants . Then when I said this , a leasing associate said they were giving tenants the option to only pay 1 fee for that month and the other fee for next month , which made no sense bc next month there will be a new fee . No one thinks in that office , the tenants have to do the thinking for them which is ridiculous, it's overpriced , nothing but trash all in the parking lot , save yourself the trouble and do not move here read more
