The boat was scheduled for 4PM and no one had informed us of where the boat would be or who the captain was. The address provided on the website is a general address for several boats to pick up people so we had to wait for 1.5 hours! We called multiple times to obtain the information but they kept delaying the information as they did not have it since they had five other charter boats taking off. The staff in the pick up location informed us (and the captain of the boat confirmed) we were double booked! The prior boat group was scheduled to end at 5PM and we were scheduled to start at 4PM. But FEELING YACHTY never communicated this or apoligized for the tardiness. Aside from that the captain was great! But unfortunately, in the beginning of the boat tour the AC was not working on the inside and toward the end of the trip the water for bathroom and sink got shut off. We ended up getting on the boat since FEELING YACHTY does not provide a refnd or rescheuling. THEY ARE NOT FLEXIBLE AND DO NOT COMMUNICATE. You are better off with another company, heed my warning!
