I ordered 3 products from here, 2 arrived and 1 did not....what followed was the most lackadaisical repsonse from a customer service team I've ever experienced, quite literally useless. They have a broad range of stuff here with good meat, fish, deli and bakery counters too. The only drawback I would say in comparison to Tesco is that when they reduce stuff, they don't reduce it by as much. Granted it's hardly the end of the world but there you go. The cafe is also very reasonably priced.

They either need a bigger shop or reduce a few lines because you cant see the wood through the trees, way to much racking of disorganised clothes, it is probably good for shoplifters....so all this said surely it isnt good for business? I do know that ALL womens clothes shops all like to put the knickers near the changing room so when the men wait for their partners to try something on they feel awkward, especially when you prop yourself up on the rack only to knock a pair of thongs onto the floor, so you bend down to pick them up and as you do that there is a girl bending down in front of you trying some shoes on showing you her thong.....to top it off the mrs comes out and says "what do you think" awkard moments!
