Once we got to a point that we were closer to a decision, the business owner stepped in and helped us. We placed a deposit and scheduled an install date, which was yesterday. The crew showed up and in a couple of hours had removed our old carpeting and installed our brand new floor coverings. No seams are visible, everything is properly tucked into the baseboards, the transition from carpet to out tiled kitchen was perfect. They even did the quarter round bad. It was just a nightmare to me. Wish I'd known about this place before I bought from the last place. He showed us several flooring options and allowed us to take a few samples home to help make a better decision. Greg even came out to our home to help us with our final choice, he really knows his stuff. We ended up choosing vinyl plank flooring from Paradigm. The floor is stunning!!! His installers showed up Monday morning and by Wednesday afternoon we had 2100 square feet of unbelievably beautiful flooring. Greg is very knowledgeable and professional and his installers are efficient, clean and take great pride in doing the job right. No follow up, late, and employees who don't give accurate quotes, upping the price at the last second. Quality of work was as expected, but nothing I would brag about.
