I would not recommend Reliable Training based on my experience. I enrolled in their program using…read morethe Michigan Achievement Scholarship because it was advertised as covering CNA, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Medication Technician (Med Tech) training. Unfortunately, the program did not deliver what was promised. The CNA portion was very limited, and I did not feel properly trained or prepared. There was little to no real instruction for the Med Tech portion at all. It felt misleading compared to how the program was advertised. The hands-on training at a nursing home was also unprofessional at times, and proper procedures were not consistently followed, which was concerning. Overall, I feel like I did not receive the quality education or training that I signed up for. I hope they improve their program and become more transparent for future students.

Various scenarios were presented and helped to reinforce knowledge. Newer AHA guidelines were presented, which is helpful. We had adequate time for hands-on practice with real-time feedback. I will refer colleagues and lay family and friends to consider CHASE for BLS. The sign up was easy with a lot of class options. Received my certificate on the day of class, which is helpful to provide to employer. If they offered ACLS, I would be interested! I highly recommend CHASE!

After hearing their sales advertising on WJR countless times we attended their class, provided…read morefinancial information and attended a lengthy follow up meeting with an advisor. Then walked away. We found the education meeting only met some of its goals. If you've kept yourself updated regarding financial planning, investing, retirement, did not add too much value. I remain unclear of the instructors qualifications and expertise. However, a positive is their comprehensive personal cash flow model. Very interesting, unique and adds value. Should be an industry standard. They were not forthright in disclosing that they sell annuities to fulfill modeled predictable cash flows. When asked about selling commission products, we were told that is a disclosed conflict of interest. Well it may be, somewhere. If you accept their financial plan, future contact meetings and possible future adjustments are only scheduled annually. While their plan may be well thought out, it did not fit our expectations and needs for ongoing dialogue, evolution and progress.

She claimed she did "website" with this company as well and would provide strategy and support, but I never received a website, strategy, or any tangible deliverable. Out of five scheduled meetings, she missed four. The only meeting I rescheduled was for my birthday, which she knew about and agreed to. She had multiple ways to contact me (phone, email, Facebook, and a shared Google folder) but never provided updates or drafts. After 30 days of silence and excuses, she attempted to push through something at 10 p.m. the night before the deadline, without any prior review or approval. I asked for a refund when she had not refused to do any work. She admitted in writing that she was overbooked, did not prioritize my project, and did not start until the day before. Despite this, she tried to claim otherwise and even threatened me legally when I complained. Bottom line: she claimed she did "websites and consulting," but she never provided one for me. I paid in full, on time, and received nothing. Proceed with extreme caution before doing business here. She will also lie make you feel like you crazy even though she knows she is lying through her teeth. Below her is admitting she got overbooked and that it didnt impact my project but I would say getting nothing would definitely be IMPACT.
