The staff here was very friendly and directed me to the cash machine. Aside from cash, the store itself was very well stocked with an array of items and very clean! There was a line that was beginning to build here however, it went very quick as there were 2 cashiers on call. Overall, no complaints as the store was clean, the staff was courteous and the gas was cheap! I would recommend.

This place used to be the abandoned gas station. They still don't sell gas (don't know if they ever…read morewill?), but are like a gas station convenience store, have a video poker machine and atm. Reason I ended up at this location is because I was redirected to pick up my u-haul 6x12 trailer here. I originally had set to pick it up at one of the mail branch u-haul, as I always had a bad experience at the "linked" stores. So, I was a bit annoyed that I got a notification less than 24hrs before pick-up to go here. Sure enough, it was a mess. Granted it was a new store location and apparently I was the second customer for a u-haul. great.......I was patient, spent a whole hour here for a pick-up. I had to provide my vehicle specs and DL information AGAIN, even though I had filled it up online and he even read it to me to verify that I was the correct person to pick it up. Their internet connection did not work, so I had to do it on my phone. User errors on their personal phones or connection issues. The clerk had to call uhaul help line twice to advise on steps (Ok, i'm the second customer, I get it, but MY phone? weird). Anyways, don't get a U-haul here. Otherwise, it's a clean place with the basic selection on sodas and snacks. Oddly, no coke products.

I've stopped here at least three times, mainly because of its convenient location at the corner of…read moreHwy 200 and Hwy 24/27. This place is sitting on a gold mine of potential but many factors are keeping them down. First of all, the pumps are old, very old. You wouldn't think that slow pumps would be that big of an issue but when you have a 30 gallon tank to fill, waiting 8 minutes is a bit much. The noises these pumps make are very loud as well. Not sure what to make of it. As you could imagine from the pumps, the interior leaves a lot to be desired as well. Very dated with high markups on their drinks and snacks. I take it a lot of locals stop here for their cigarettes because that's what most people are in line for the few times I've been inside. They sell pizza here as well but judging by the looks of the place I would advise against it. The last issue is the customer service here. As I've said, I've been here a handful of times and the same older lady has behind the counter every time. Once I've stood in front of the register with a soda while she carries on conversation with what I can only assume is a 'regular' customer. Another time I'm again waiting while she's arguing with someone about how long the pizza will take to cook. The last time I was here she was verbally scolding a man who apparently was joking around with her and I guess she was tired of him. He said he'd stop buying his drinks every morning from the store if she didn't calm down and that's when the obscenities started from behind the counter. It's like I walked into a bar fight... So the guy looked at her and said "see you never, Sue (assuming the lady's name)!" while she's still yelling... Again, the location has a lot of potential but the staff and the building itself is crumbling. Locust doesn't have many options as far as convenience stores go and it's a shame that they have to put up with this. Maybe a business like QT will buy the lot and one day put this place out of its misery.

I've never eaten a bad pizza from the Fast Shop. The store is always clean and staff is always friendly. There's also a great BBQ restaurant next door (Rock Store BBQ) connected directly to the gas station, which is great for getting gas, as well as a quick lunch, if you're not in the pizza mood.
