Jean is also a great listener and offers a refreshingly holistic balance of psychotherapy and practical advice from her own experience. I've gotten actionable insights and takeaways from working with her so it's almost like having a coach and a therapist at once (bonus.) I've also had realizations about where counter-productive patterns are coming from which has been helpful in noticing when they come up and choosing a better way to react to something that might have triggered a negative feeling in the past. I've been able to make real progress on things I bring up with her in a very short time too. The realizations and insights I've had have helped me be freed up to accomplish things I've been stuck on and just go do them - with velocity and more peace of mind. Jean has also helped with stress and anxiety and relationships, especially with my husband. Our communication has been significantly better since we started working with her (both individually). My husband also said he noticed I've been more grounded and better at setting clear boundaries and communicating them - this is something I've noticed for myself too and I've definitely gotten from working with Jean. She's the best!!

I started working with him in purely a coaching capacity as he helped with developing my brand. One month into our coaching relationship, he added value by helping me get my website updated and setting up polished photo shoot completed. 2 months into our coaching relationship, he encouraged me to write a book and 10 months later I've published my first book. Working with David has been beneficial because on a quarterly basis we set goals for my brand and work to accomplish those goals. Working toward my goals has further helped me to spread awareness of my brand. If you are soloprenueur looking for a breakthrough, I highly recommend you hire David. Go! 2. It is very much worth it and you will kick yourself for the amount of help you could have gotten in just an hour much sooner, had you not procrastinated on booking. I met with Nicole almost 2 years ago, after being unemployed (by choice) for a few months. She gave me great insight on my career path, goals and potential challenges I may face and ways to proactively prevent issues. She also prepped me for my 2nd interview and I got the job! Her coaching style is not like anyone else's you will find and is a rare treasure in a time where anyone can read a few books, take a course and become a coach. Her approach is tailored to you and your issue and you will without a doubt be taken care of. I recently revisited for follow-up coaching and it was probably one of the best conversations I have ever had in my professional life about what I need to do to be successful. Just a wealth of information, things to follow up on, advice, thought provoking questions leading to astronomical self realizations all in a very comfortable, open dialogue. We spend the majority of our lives at work and not every job or career is easy. There will be times when we need external and objective review of our situations to make sure we are heading in the right direction. Nicole is exactly that.

Admittedly, before working with Frank, I wasn't sure what a life coach was and certainly not how one could help me in my own life journey. One of the biggest benefits I've seen is the ability to translate goals/wishes into action - to set a plan, decide on actions, and stick with them to see actual results. And of course, there have been times when I have stumbled along the way and not stuck with the plan - and Frank has been understanding and helped me get back on track. The insight I gleaned from the career assessment package with Wanderlust Careers was invaluable!…read more As compared to the other career coaches I had worked with in the past, Katherine Kirkinis took a unique approach by blending the disciplines of psychology and personality testing to develop and curate a list of careers paths that were best suited to my personality and innate strengths. The results of the assessment were detailed, thorough and chillingly accurate in highlighting my personality strengths and weaknesses. And the recommended career paths made sense to me and were in tune with some paths I was already considering, but also illuminated some paths I had not considered. 4 months after I received my assessment results, I landed a new job as a sales engineer, which interestingly was at the top of the list of recommended career paths in the assessment results. A strange coincidence indeed, but I am happier than I have ever been and making more money than I ever had in my 20 year career. All my experience led me to this new job, but the career assessment affirmed where my talents would be best utilized and what kind of role I would be most happy in and WHY. I highly recommend Wanderlust Careers, and if you decide to go with an assessment, I highly advise taking the time to really fill out the personality tests as honestly and accurately for yourself. As Katherine "warned" me in the beginning of the process, "you will be surprised with the results" as they are formulated through this unique approach, and not necessarily determined by what you THINK your dream job should be. In retrospect, it was a great investment to work with Wanderlust Careers.

He equipped me with unique advice I could use to start a new career in a new role, and on top of everything, was very easy to talk to and was quite encouraging.
