Despite my initial reluctance and lack of exposure to life-coaching notions, I went into my coaching sessions with Nadine trying to keep an open mind. "Trying to keep an open mind" quickly transformed into "life coaching is really working for me". Identifying the things that need to be changed is one aspect of coaching, and Nadine is superb at this.
