SO and I came to The Pool at the LINQ for a little morning pool day before it got too hot…read more Honestly, it's not bad! There are 2 pools with plenty of space for people to wade. I wouldn't say it's an actual "swimming" pool, more so to chill and drink. Some notes: - It's 21+ only! Make sure to bring ID as there will be security checking at the front door. - It's located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. - There are plenty of lounge chairs available for free! If you wanted a cabana or bed, you would need to rent it for $$. - Be wary of the pool flooring/steps? SO was leaning on his elbows at the steps and the natural sway of the water caused him to rub them raw against it. lol whoops I like that it's only available to adults, but that there are plenty of things to act like a kid (aka pool pong, floaties, cornhole). There's also a DJ blasting throwbacks as early as opening (9 AM). By 11 AM we were over it, and left to get ready for the rest of the summer day. Overall, wouldn't mind chilling at the pool at the LINQ again. It's one of the first pools we really went to in a Vegas hotel so I got nothing to compare it to.

Dates of visit: September 7 + 8, 2025…read more We stopped over here on a previous trip to Vegas and noticed how quiet it was. This time when we came back, we definitely took advantage of that, playing for several hours between the two days, making our $41 really last (far more than it ever would on a slot machine!). I think we encountered maybe three people total across the two days so there was never an issue with having to wait to play a game and overall the "swipe" cost per play was very affordable. At the end we pooled our tickets for a bunch of candy that I definitely didn't need but naturally enjoyed immensely and the young lady that helped us with our tickets was very friendly. Definitely worth a couple hours of time if you're in the area!

We originally had a reservation for a lounge daybed (with a canopy) at the Paris pool on a Tuesday…read more However, the Sunday before our reservation I received a call from the Paris pool manager explaining that the Paris pool was going to be closed for maintenance but I could make a reservation at the Blu Pool at Horseshoe. While I was sad I was not going to be basking in the sun under the Eiffel Tower, the Blu Pool turned out to be a great pool. Same chill vibe as Paris & not a party scene like other pools in Vegas. The other guests we talked to while at the pool very friendly & nice. The staff was great & very helpful. Our waitress was attentive & overall amazing. I made a reservation for a lounge daybed, which I thought was the same bed that I had reserved for Paris. However, when we arrived at 11:00am the daybed I reserved did not have a canopy & all the canopy beds were already spoken for + all the shaded spots for non-canopy beds were already taken. I also found out the Planet Hollywood pool was also closed & allowing their guests to come to Blu as well. We had a great time at Blu but we were only able to enjoy it for a few hours due to being in the direct sunlight & heat. I wanted to spend all day at the pool so it sucks that I was only able to experience it for a few hours. My suggestion for those who need shade, get there when the pool opens at 9:00am to choose your spot. Once you choose your spot you are able to leave & come back as you please.

This was the best place to wind down! It's smaller than other Vegas pools but it meant it was quieter and peaceful. But who really made my experience? JORDAN! She was such an angel. I'd go back just to see her. Many times poolside cocktails can be overly sweet. She helped me navigate the menu to find what I liked. And then even made some recommendations on which ones are right up my alley but needed to be lighter on the sugar. I had reserved a cabana until 1p and requested a slight extension. She was able to work with her boss to negotiate a very reasonable extension deal. I manage at a bar, and would hire her in a heartbeat. She killed me with kindness and hospitality. Vdara, you've got a good one there. I had a nice time during my stay but I'd recommend this hotel and pool to anyone due to her service. Hopefully the rest of the team is just like her! I've found my new go-to spot. Thanks for everything Jordan!

Great service and drinks provided at the bar when we when order directly with the bartender Kenneth, such an incredible host. The pool at Vdara is a bit more mellow and laid back compared to others, but that is what we are looking for. First come first serve when it comes to seating, yet have have never had an issue finding an appropriate seat and umbrella. Make sure to try the infamous Dole. Thank you, Kenneth!

I'd rather leave a positive review buuuuut. I was so bothered…read more 1) Im certain this hotel was not full however we were placed in a room next to the noisiest elevator AND the highway noise seemed like it was in my ear every morning. I thought it would've gone away but all weekend I woke up to the blaring noises of the highway. That was so rough. 2) Small inconveniences - as where to put my toiletries in the shower, the shower style allowed for water to go everywhere, the sink leaked when the water was shut off, it just seemed not thought out at all and a lot of maintenance issues. 3) The air conditioning was on point when we came in, nice and cool. But the last day it didn't seem to work at all, barely blowing long enough so the room wasn't cooled completely. I was super hot the morning we left. 4) We felt like no one was around. They said we could purchase breakfast however no one was ever around to seat us. It was a complete ghost town. The fountain wasn't even running and a lot of lights were off all the time. Although some of the art was gorgeous and the place obviously has potential - the work should be put in before charging the insane amount to stay. Sadly, I feel cheated and I don't think I'll be coming back.

One being adults only where the bar is situated. The other two are family friendly. Of course that tends to be where the kiddies are. Depending on when you get there, mid week tends to be ok with seating. Weekend, it does fill up pretty fast. Right when you enter the pool area, someone is normally there asking to see your room key and check your bags. To the right, is the counter where the towels are. Help yourself. It's also where you check in if you have cabana and lounges reservations. Depending on the time as well, the adults pool has the section near the walkway where it'll be shaded majority of the day. Very helpful for people who like the pool but need the shades. Along the front, on the right side there's lounges with umbrellas that can be reserved. It's along the front of the pool. To the left side, same thing but they're sun bed. I think they can accommodate three people. They also have umbrellas. Behind them are the cabanas with television and a whole set up. Great for groups as there's plenty of room. They do have umbrellas scattered throughout the pool area but it's first come first serve. Cocktail hostess do walk around with menus and to take order. Cocktails are pretty pricey but it's a given for a hotel and Vegas. Food, they're mainly your appetizer, sandwiches and salad. Something thats pretty easy to eat on the lounges. The bar area does have a water station where you can help yourself to some. The two pools that are by each other has a little section where you can just lounge, a waddling area that's connected to the pool. Main one right when you walk in tends to just all the family. That does get pretty busy. Hotels pools has its perks for some. I like to come to Vegas and lounge poolside and relax. I can do that at home but it hits differently when your in Vegas. I love that you can do that without the club thumping pool party music. Plus I don't think they host any pool parties. Overall, it's one of my favorite.
