I submitted a request for a quote and received an email within 24 hours. I spoke to Sierra, explained the event and asked for Mediterranean food and charcuterie. We confirmed everything and I paid her via Venmo. On the day of the party Sierra brought everything over and set up the grazing board. Everything smelled amazing. Her artistry and creativity are evident in the photos and I was absolutely impressed and delighted with the results. My entire family was admiring the board and we loved that there was such a large variety of food to discover and sample. Everything was delicious! Everything was presented gorgeously. There's a lot of taco guy options but I'll definitely use Geo's again just for the peace of mind that he's so reliable and responsive.

She also went through any dietary restrictions and some of their highlights at the restaurant, specifically, Smoke & Fire is known for their blueberry chicken sandwich. There are other options on their menu though, like BBQ items! Meat platters: Pulled Chicken, Pulled Pork, Brisket, Smoked Ribs, Hot Links, smoked Chicken Quarters. There was plenty of food left, and they let me put it into home containers I had. We had leftovers for days and it was so delicous. They brought everything, even napkins and plates. Will definitely hire them again for more catering needs!
