I cannot recommend Monica and Revival Chiropractic enough. I originally went to her because I woke…read moreup one day and randomly couldn't turn my neck. I found her practice online and was able to get in for an appointment really quickly. My neck tension went away quickly after seeing Monica for a few adjustments, but I continued to go for adjustments for months after (until I moved away) because it had such a positive impact on my sport/physical performance and just general well being. The physical space: So clean, peaceful, therapeutic, and welcoming. It is set up so thoughtfully, which is such a physical manifestation of the way Monica runs her practice. Dr. Monica: Incredibly thoughtful, thorough, and just a total joy to see on a regular basis. I've never had a practitioner explain things so clearly and effectively; her explanation of what was going on in my body, along with explanations of WHY she was doing what she was doing, made me feel so comfortable and confident in her work (although, the physical results could have spoken for themselves, too!). Just such an honest, kind, genuine person to work with. The process itself: The approach that Monica uses is so much more gentle than "traditional" chiropractic (which I also have a lot of experience with), and yet has such a huge impact on the body. I experienced physical relief and improvements, along with just general positive quality of life. While there are always a lot of contributing factors when it comes to physical growth/strength and quality of life, it's pretty clear to me that going to Revival 1-3 times per week was one of those big contributors. Payment and scheduling: I loved how transparent and clear Monica was about payment and the various payment plans. Made things simple and not awkward or difficult to figure out. And, scheduling appointments through the website is so easy! Obviously, I cannot recommend Revival Chiropractic enough. If it can feasibly fit into your life, do it!

She took time to ask me specific questions about my intake form and was present as I shared about my physical and emotional stressors. I appreciate that she focuses in on the nervous system when doing evaluations, knowing that the body is all connected. The method she uses for chiropractic care is very specific to each person body and what they are needing. I am very excited to come in this week for my results!

The level of care I received from Dennis was above and beyond all expectations I had ever had. I had never been to a chiropractor before so I had no idea what to expect from the experience. I arrived at the office and once I got there Dennis greeted me and my girlfriend at the time. He walked us through his process of getting us checked into his system. He isn't only a good chiropractor but he also really helps explain what all of the paperwork means. This is extremely helpful as most people who visit health care professionals do not speak that lingo along with all of the legal stuff. Overall I have been on with Dennis, quite frequently in the beginning and less and less as time went on. He stresses patient wellness and making sure his patients do recover. Now I make appointments when needed(which isn't quite often). I have enjoyed my relationship with this facility and highly recommend Dr. Dennis Brummond to anyone! -Shiny

But if you're like most of…read moreour clients when they're starting out, you have a million reasons why you can't. Maybe you think you're too busy. Perhaps you consider yourself nonathletic and believe you're doomed to stay that way. Maybe you think that being stressed out is normal, or that sleeplessness is a condition best solved through pills. In our practice, we've seen many such clients suffering from the classic modern maladies of stress, little or no exercise, and bad diet. They were, predictably, miserable. And the reason for all this illness? Wellness was just too hard, too complicated, and too time consuming. Enter Top 10 Wellness: with three distinct 10 step systems (one for body-fitness, one for mind-success, one for spirit-happiness) it makes wellness attainable. You take one step at a time, building, growing, becoming healthier and more positive. Before long, you're positively energetic. Radiant.

The pain and discomfort were keeping me up and night and preventing me from exercising. After a couple weeks I was sleeping through the night and in a month was back to swimming 2-3 times a week. I'm still tweaky but he keeps at it and I'm feeling better than I have in a year. More recently I've had him working on a plantar fasciitis issue, but the results--at least so far--haven't been as good. I'm willing to stick it out for awhile longer to see if something will happen. Regardless, I highly recommend Dr. D and am no longer quite so suspicious of chiropractic care.

I never had to wait for them to show up. With that said, when I made the appointment, I informed them I would need to make payments, as I didn't have insurance and needed a payment plan. I was told this was ok. When it came time to leave, i was prompted for payment in full, which I then had to pay, even though I really didn't have the funds to do so. I felt lied to. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Which, by agreeing to payments at the time that I made the appointment, seemed like they did or wanted to. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I was dealing with. I have referred ALL of my friends and family to this place, and I will also tell them ALL about my experience today. I am completely disgusted with the level of service today.

After reading positive reviews and hoping to start care with a chiropractor covered by insurance, I…read morewas excited for my first appointment with Hall Family Chiropractic. However, I was treated unprofessionally, and seemed to be ushered in and out as quickly as possible. Upon entering the office with Dr. Hall, he made a call to the reception desk to see how long his acupuncture patient had left with his needles-30 min. He then quickly went through my intake form, not even turning the page to read issues I had indicated I wanted addressed. I had concerns about swelling and numbness in my hands that he never brought up, as it appeared he never looked at the second page of the document. I then brought up these issues, but he seemed to quickly gloss over them, doing a quick assessment of my posture, and asking me to turn my head and bend forward and backward. There was a section on the assessment asking how much information I would like to receive about my issues, and a place where I could circle for the chiropractor to help me decide. He never spoke to me about this to help me make a decision. We then went to the adjustment room and he did a few quick adjustments which couldn't have taken longer than a few minutes. I have seen several chiropractors over the course of my life and have never been adjusted so quickly. In the past I have had chiropractor who first massage the area, or at the very least approaches with gentleness and compassion. This was hasty and quick. Following the adjustment Dr. Hall checked back in with the receptionist to see how long his acupuncture patient still had with the needles- 4 minutes, making my total initial assessment 26 minutes. I was told my initial appointment would be 45 minutes, as the doctor would be going over my paperwork, but this was not at all the case for me. There was no treatment plan recommended, no exercises to do at home or recommendations to support my care, just a quick verbal to the receptionist to schedule me for next week. The icing on the cake was when I was told I owed $75.00 with insurance, as I was quoted $30.00 on the phone. When I initially called to schedule my first appointment, I was told because I was in network and had met be deductible the cost of my initial appointment would be 30% of the $90.00 fee, making the cost $27.00. I was also told with my insurance follow up visits would be about $10.00. I thought this was too good to be true, and it was . Follow up visits would be $50.00. I felt no compassion or warmth from Dr. Hall, not even a smile. I felt like I was a number and he needed to get back to his other patient. I was hoping to have my whole family come for care, but not after this experience.
