Nice, well-lite, comfortable studio. The owner, Allison, is a gem, and her focus is on Astanga yoga..shes been teaching these methods for so long, that she knows how and when to adjust you. I've been to a few other studios in the area, and if you actually want a yogic experience (not just a yoga inspired workout), this is the place. The full primary series class is seriously the hardest yoga i've ever done, and i have practiced hot and bikram for years (in a good way). dont be scared or overwhelmed, the instructors are prepared to help you learn, and the smaller size of the space means it feels like private lessons. read more

The Light Within Yoga Studio is by far the best yoga studio out there. It feels like my home away from home. Alison is one of the warmest people you will ever meet. She will make you feel welcome and offers modifications if you need them - she teaches to all levels. I love the way the studio is set up and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Ashtanga is my absolute favorite style of yoga because it is a great physical challenge, it is balanced, it requires focus, and there is always room for improvement. Love the new location, I have been going multiple times a week, as I get older I am losing my flexibility, slowly I am getting more flexible with each class. Tracey is a great instructor, I enjoy every class I go to, no matter how stressed out I am when I start, I end up relaxed and calm by the end. I hope to do as least three classes a week so I can build my strength and lose some weight in the process. read more

A great place for beginners or seasoned yogis. Everyone is very pleasant and welcoming. Space is clean and filled with good, calming energy. Teachers are very knowledgeable and supportive.
