I hired Andrew Leventhal to represent a family member against a misdemeanor DUI charge and in related proceedings before the DMV. Andrew did a fantastic job on both accounts. Where do I start? At the very beginning, shall we? Due to a bad snap judgement, I found myself in what seemed to be an awful entanglement with the law. As someone who has lived in this country for 27 years without ever getting in any trouble with the law, I was lost and a little frightened. I was referred to Andrew Leventhal by another attorney. When I called Andrew on the same day, and just over the phone, Andrew analyzed my situation very clearly and what options I would be staring at in the days ahead. Even over the phone, I heard a person who actually loves his job. When I met him in person the next day, I brought my husband with me. Now my husband is an attorney, so it was a little bit of one professional evaluating another professional in the industry. I had the pleasure of being represented by Andrew years ago when he was a public defender in Pasadena.
