We had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Mio on the purchase of our new home in El Cerrito. From the very first showing to the final signatures at closing, she was unfailingly responsive, deeply knowledgeable, and impressively proactive. Even on a tight timeline, Mio guided us through showings, negotiations, inspections, and escrow with seamless precision and genuine care. What truly set her apart was her talent for spotting potential issues before they became problems and presenting calm, practical solutions on the spot. Her local expertise and meticulous attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind throughout the entire process. A major bonus for our family was Mio's ability to communicate in Japanese. Complex real-estate jargon and last-minute negotiations were suddenly effortless, and we always felt 100 % clear on every decision. She was equally considerate of our schedule--whether we had toddlers in tow or needed evening calls after bedtime, Mio adapted without hesitation and kept stress to a minimum. Mio also connected us with top-tier specialists for financing, insurance, and other services. Each referral was prompt, professional, and--importantly--offered without any pressure, giving us confident, well-informed choices at every step. Thanks to Mio, we're now happily settled in a home we truly love. If you're looking for a realtor who combines expertise, foresight, and genuine client care, look no further. Katie Lederer helped first our son and then our daughter find a home in Oakland, so when we decided it was time to move up close to the kids and grandkids we went to the Lederer Team. Mio Sullivan was our realtor and we were delighted to work with her. We had very special needs and requirements and Mio had infinite patience with us over the span of two years as we searched for something we would love and still be able to purchase. Always when I would despair that we'd never be able to afford something close to where our kids live, she would counsel patience. We could only be up in Oakland periodically and for limited duration, but Mio kept sending us the listings and with time our views evolved. She took time to drive us through different neighborhoods when we thought we'd never get a place in Rockridge. Always she was kind and caring and a pleasure to be with. The story ends very happily with our new home in the "golden triangle" of Rockridge. We are thrilled to be able to walk to our kids, shopping, restaurants, and the farmer's market, and Mio made it happen. We will always be grateful as we settle into our lovely new home. read more

My review is long overdue. The Mio Sullivan and the Lederer team helped sell our home in Richmond this past March. I cannot recommend this team highly enough for your buying and selling needs. They are all very knowledgeable and prepared to help you with anything that comes up during the process. Mio helped us decide exactly what we should update inside the home in order to make it show its best without spending more than necessary. She had a team ready to go to handle the process making it easy for me to just approve and know it would be done. They all did excellent work on the house. Little unexpected things would pop up that she handled like a pro. For example, a major storm blew down a part of the backyard fence right before a showing and she secured it so that it wouldn't get worse and had a quote for repair and agreement from the neighbors before the next day. I'd love to say that our selling process was easy, but we ran into a few issues with our buyers. Thanks to Mio following all the rules and making sure she had everything done properly we were protected, but when it got to the point that we needed additional advice, Mark was there to lend his ideas and opinion. We valued their experience and opinion in helping us decide what to do to go forward. In the end, everything worked out very well and we are happy with our experience and results. So if you need a real estate team, give them a call! read more

Katie helped sell our Albany house in 2015, while Mark did the same for our Pleasant Hill home in 2020. Each is in very different East Bay communities and were sold in pre-COVID and COVID times. Here's what happened both times as a result of hiring this very competent, knowledgeable, and professional real estate team: 1. Our houses sold with multiple "clean" bids and well over asking price. 2. Mark and Katie did a good job laying out a house preparation to listing timeline. This was important as in both cases, as things needed to be moved out of the house (including us) and the place made ready. He also arranged the timely scheduling of the house and pest inspections. 3. Katie and Mark identified key fixes that would maximize sales price potential, arranged for the right contractors to do the work, managed their work and schedule, and baring any surprises stayed within the agreed budget. The work itself seemed to be very good value for the money. 4. Mark and Katie staged the homes well and used a photographer who really made the properties shine within the listing. In fact, one of Gayle's Sons remarked that he was so impressed that he had to do a double take to make sure it was really our house. 5. Katie and Mark worked well with Buyer's agents to schedule visits. Once an offer was accepted, they did a great job addressing any identified issue, while basically holding our hands until close. My only quibble was that beyond the key identified contractor work, Gayle and I had a "let's do the right thing" list of non-contractual small stuff we wanted addressed. In this situation, they did get it done, but resolving that punch list did take a bit more persistence. Gayle also thought I might have asked too many detailed questions along the way, which were always answered well. At the same time, we really trusted Katie and Mark to do the right thing, and provided the attitude and budget to help keep things moving smoothly. So as far as nervous sellers wanting to sell a family home without a lot of worry, and with best wishes to the new owners, it doesn't get any better than this! I'd use them again in a heartbeat and recommend to any interested Seller. I am also sure that that a Buyer's experience with the Lederer Team would be equally rewarding. read more

This is the 2nd time we have worked with Tracy Klem and she has been flat out amazing. Tracy helped us find the exact type of home we were looking for, gave us sage advice on the amount we should bid and coaxed both situations so that the purchase and sale flowed smoothly and effortlessly. Her positive energy, expertise and consumate professionalism were the exact traits we were looking for in an Agent. I cannot recommend Tracy enough, I would give her 10 stars if I could. She has earned the absolute faith and trust from my wife and I. We will always stay with Red Oak because of Tracy Klem! read more

Mio Sullivan was terrific to work with during my house purchase. She was always available to tour homes with me, to take my phone calls and questions, and to share her expertise on the housing market and current trends. Mio is very knowledgeable and an excellent, patient advisor. These traits are so valuable when you are making such big life and financial decisions that are part of every house purchase. Having the Lederer team behind her was an added bonus. There were a few situations that arose in the process of my home purchase where we needed some additional expertise and a second opinion. I consulted with Mark and he was terrific. He always made himself available and his extensive experience in real estate provided me with some great perspectives and recommendations for how to best move forward. The entire process was so professional with her and Red Oak Realty. Even the paperwork, which is voluminous in every real estate transaction, was made a lot simpler by Red Oak Realty by the use of their modern/electronic process for reviewing and signing documents. Much less arduous and tedious than in years past! I highly recommend Mio and Red Oak Realty as your agents. Mio is very diligent, thorough, and detail-oriented. She has high integrity and professionalism, and she truly cares about her clients. read more

Mio Sullivan is every thing you want in a realtor. Mio represented us in the purchase of a new home and sale of our previous home. As we searched for a new home, Mio was incredibly patient and supportive. Buying a home is a very emotional process and Mio made sure we didn't miss the important details, while also encouraging us to stick to our wish list and remain optimistic. We initially didn't think our dream home would be within reach, but Mio saw an opportunity to make a competitive offer and it was accepted! Mio went above and beyond to make sure our closing was easy and on time. We had a similarly positive experience in the sale of our previous home. I was skeptical when Mio and Katie first came to our house and said it could set a price record for the area. But, we followed Mio's detailed, thoughtful, and cost-effective plan to prepare our house for sale and she found us an incredible off-market buyer. We set the record! I recommend Mio (and her entire team) without hesitation. read more

When you state that you have an open house, you should respect that and show up on time, as a listing agent.

Please forgive me for gushing, but I absolutely must let the world know about Katie and Mark Lederer. They were referred to us by a friend and are truly my heroes. My wife and I were nervous about buying our first home and didn't feel like we had any idea what we were doing. Mark and Katie held our hand throughout the entire process, making sure we understood each step along the way. They always listened to what we had to say, and returned our phone-calls in minutes rather than days. They are intimately familiar with all the neighborhoods in the East Bay, and helped us figure out not only what kind of house we needed, but also what neighborhood we wanted to be in. They have many connections that helped out along the way. They were able to put us in touch with trustworthy friends to help with everything from financial planning & loans to electricians, plumbers, and even a guy that does granite countertops for cheap! My wife and I are now getting settled in our first home and we owe it all to Mark & Katie. We found a 2 bedroom on the border of Albany and El Cerrito, and managed to purchase it for $10K below asking price after it had only been on the market for 11 days!! Not only have I found myself an amazing pair of real-estate agents, I've also found friends. These two are awesome. Tell them Aaron M. sent you and I'm sure they'll take good care of you. Heck, they'll take good care of you even if you don't tell them. [End Gush] read more

The Lederer Team with Mark Lederer - Nothing fancy, just the Red Oak Realty logo - Real Estate Agents Near Me - El Cerrito, California

Tracy Klem was our realtor and helped us find a home in Oakland that was just perfect for us! We enjoyed every minute with Tracy. We looked forward to meeting with her to look at houses, and we actually found ourselves missing those weekends after we found a home. Tracy exemplifies integrity and professionalism and goes out of her way to make sure the process is clear and transparent. She's also exceptional at providing comfort in those moments that feel less joyous. She and the greater Lederer team felt like true partners to us all the way through this process. After moving in to our house, we insisted that Tracy be our first dinner party guest because she will always be a big part of our story and our home. I cannot recommend Tracy and The Lederer Team enough for anyone who is looking to buy a home in the bay area! read more

As a leader of a large multi-unit sales organization, I completely understand the importance of providing exceptional customer experience, every customer, every time. Mio Sullivan exemplifies the above and beyond approach to home buying. Walked me through the sales process every step, offered 24/7 availability to answer my questions or concerns. Helped make the process, which can be overwhelming, simple and easy. If you're looking for a realtor that shows empathy, resilience, and a "yes I can" attitude, look no further than Mio Sullivan. read more

Mio Sullivan was our buyer and seller agent. She was very friendly, supportive, and informative. We were first time sellers and a lot of remodeling was involved before selling our house. However, thanks to Mio's help and guidance, we were not lost or anxious. We really appreciate her preparing our house as if it were her own. Everything was on time because of her prompt scheduling and arranging workers. She communicated for everything, and responded to our questions and requests quickly. Also she always answered our calls. If she was busy because of her meetings or other schedules, she messaged me right away. We never had to wait for her response. We felt so lucky to have her as our buyer and seller agent. We would miss her. Thank you so much! read more

We found the Lederer team to be absolutely incredible. They have a deep amount of experience and knowledge around the entire real estate process. In the past, we had one real estate agent and were amazed at the full-team approach they use. Nobody ever seemed unavailable to answer your questions. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and customer-service focused. Mio Sullivan was are lead agent and absolutely went (and continues to go) above and beyond throughout the entire home buying experience (pre, during, and post!). She was and continues to be an important resource for all of our house-related needs. She has an acute attention to detail and works tirelessly to deliver the results we were looking for. Our buying experience was made more complicated by trying to purchase a short-sale. Mio was relentless in her daily communications with all parties involved to make for a quick, smooth, and ultimately successful purchase of our home on our behalf. She really made this feel like a five star experience. read more

Derrick helped us buy our first home & helped us sell our first home. Buying & selling a home in the Bay Area is unlike most experiences but Derrick & his team made it as comfortable as possible. Let me break down both transactions separately. Buying: Derrick understood our situation from the start (Past the point of renting buy not sitting on a pile of money) & worked with that with no complaints. He prepared a ton of possible houses for us to look at on paper & online and then drove us in his personal vehicle to 5 houses all over the East Bay. We found a house we really loved & Derrick immediately had a plan on how to get us the house. Trust his plan. We inspected early, wrote a personal letter to the seller & stayed very involved in the process. We could not have been happier with the process & the house. Selling: We decided to sell our house & thought Derrick would be perfect since he helped us buy it. He & Mark immediately came to the house & gave us very good feedback on what we could list at in it's current state and what we could get with a few improvements. We trusted their feedback & put in new carpet throughout the house as well as some other small things leading up to listing day. They also had a professional photographer take perfect photos of the house which made our listing stand out. We ended up getting over 20 offers on our house within 3 days. Competition for the house drove the purchase price 80,000 over our asking price. Can't thank Derrick enough for his hard work on both transactions. read more

Derrick was a pleasure to work with. My mom passed away a few weeks into the pandemic and when we needed to sell her home, Derrick was highly recommended as a realtor. He came to the house and gave us excellent suggestions on what we could do to prepare the house for listing and show it at its best while working within our budget for renovations. Love that he does not push his ideas but gives you a clear picture of what would have more appeal to a potential buyer. He was patient, kind, understanding and most of all very professional and dependable in keeping us apprised during every aspect of the process. He also gave excellent referrals for service related people that were needed to get work done and we were very pleased with all the people who worked for us. We received several offers for the house within a week of listing and had offers well over our asking price. We were exceedingly pleased with the offer that we finally accepted. A bit thank you to Derrick and his team for their hard work and all efforts put out on our behalf. We would highly recommend Derrick and his team to anyone trying to buy or sell a house in the East Bay Area. read more

From open house to closing the deal, Mio was the best agent we could ask for! My fiance and I had been house hunting for quite some time, and finally fell in love with our dream home at an open house. We met Mio there and knew right away we wanted her to represent us. Mio is communicative, reliable, proactive, quick and most importantly, she is consistent. We never once felt Mio was unavailable to us. She kept us abreast of any and all updates as they happened and answered our millions of questions with patience. Mio is also simply lovely to work with! She manages to get it all done while also staying lovely and personable every step of the way. We appreciated her guidance, expert advice and her ability and genuine desire to advocate for us. Buying a house can be one of the most stressful and overwhelming experiences, especially for first-time homeowners like us, and I can't believe how easy Mio made this process. Even after closing the deal for us, Mio continues to follow up and make sure we are taken care of. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the house of our dreams and we are so grateful to her. read more

I cannot speak highly enough about Mark and Katie Lederer. We were first time home buyers and we felt overwhelmed by the whole process and didn't know where to start. We met Mark at an Open House in Oakland and struck up a conversation. When he found out we were first time buyers just starting our search he lit up and eagerly offered to help us. We talked on the phone the next day and really discussed what we wanted ( types of houses, neighborhoods, price ranges, etc). He asked very good questions and really paid attention to our answers. That next weekend he took us out to see 5-6 houses and spent lots of time in each one explaining both the good aspects and flaws of the house. It really helped having his perspective and expertise. He listened to all our questions and concerns. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to pick a house. He made it clear he wanted us to find the right house no matter if it took six days or six months. On the second week of searching we found the perfect house in San Leandro and decided to put in our first offer. Mark was essential in helping us put together the most attractive offer we could for the buyers. And we won the bid and just moved into our dream house today! We know this process would not have been this smooth without the expert service we received. We also appreciate Mark and Katie's concierge service. Mark has been invaluable in helping us find contractors for plumbing, electrical and handyman services, even calling and making appointments and securing proposals and bids for us. Mark and Katie go above and beyond the call of duty. We found more than just a buyers agent. We made lifelong friends! read more

Tracy was great! She helped us buy a home and sell our other home in Berkeley. Let's face it, this market, regardless of the side you're on is crazy stressful to be in. Tracy and the Lederer team made took as much of that stress away as is possible. Tracy knew the market and got to know us well as we searched for a new home. She never tired of showing us properties, and the ones she suggested were almost always in the ballpark of what we were searching for. So of course when it came time to move into our perfect new home, we listed our old one with her as well. Would highly recommend...and certainly use again - but afraid she's got us in our forever home! read more

100% satisfaction with Ms. Mio Sullivan from RedOak Realty. She was precise, proactive and great at follow ups with care. She was not just an agent but also like a big sister who cares to help find a place that I can call a home. September 2018, I walked into an open house and I immediately felt that I want to put an offer to the condo. However, I found out that the property is a probate unit, which means a state owned unit and tricky to get. The buying process involves 10% DP next day of offer acceptance, court hearing waiting period of 2-6 months or more, during the waiting period the DP aren't refundable if I find some other property comes up and if any cash investors come at courthouse to overbid me then I won't get this unit, yet I requested Mio if she is willing to help me to go through this process with me. Her response was "Yes" and she was very supportive and positively helped me with 100% presence, even though she knew after all her hard work if I lose at the court, she won't be able to get her commission. What made this process very special for me was that my offer got accepted on Mio's BD and the court day was on my BD and I was able to get this condo. Thanks to Mio, she was there for me when I got nervous during the process. She explains patiently to helps me understand the process and to relax. She was very proactive who is gentle yet can push the process move forward, polite yet clear to point, and took care of all the communications on behalf. I recommend Mio with confident and I will be calling Mio again when I'm going to sell and buy next property. read more

Mark and Derrick helped us buy our first home. We were nervous and ill informed. We restricted our search due to our limited knowledge of the market and how much we can afford. Through their guidance, advice and linkage to the right resources (i.e. financial advisor), we bought a house that met all of our needs. We were competing against an "all cash" buyer but Derrick found a way to appeal our case to the seller. Derrick used some genius negotiating skills, lucky for us. We had to leave the Bay Area when my husband was recruited for a job in SoCal. Again, we sought out Mark and Derrick for advice. They helped us run through all the various options: renting the house; selling the house as is; selling the home after some renovations, etc. After much discussion, we decided to renovate our home and sell the house strategically to maximize its value. We've never gone through a home renovation so we relied heavily on their expertise to see the project through. They made everything so seamless/ effortless. They were in constant communication with us, keeping us updated, working with the various contractors and being mindful about the budget. They did everything from A - Z and made our home stand out from the competition. In the end, we sold our house with multiple offers and we couldn't be happier. We not only sold our home but it helped us to be in a much better place financially. They are not just realtors, they are "wealth builders". Other than being incredibly good at what they do, Mark and Derrick are warm, genuine and wonderful people to work with. I feel so fortunate that Mark and Derrick have been in our lives. read more

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about the Mark and Katie Lederer. Being a home inspector, I've dealt with hundreds of real estate agents, most of whom have been quite wonderful to work with. The Lederers stood out in their respect for their clients and their level of knowledge. Clearly they made it easy for us and kept our spirits high during these potentially stressful times. There's nothing like being left with the feeling one is being cared for. The whole Lederer team shines in this regard. Derrick, Tracy, and Mio are also all wise and consummate professionals. We are left with fond memories of our interactions with them. We will forever have a soft spot in our hearts for the Lederers and the Lederer Team. read more

The Lederer team exceeded all expectations! I was moving across country to start a new job and selling my home at the same time. Katie did a phenomenal job of making the sale as easy as possible for me. When I met with Katie and Mark for the first time, they were professional, nice, and very knowledgeable about the market. I ended up leaving California before I put my place on the market. Katie was able to get everything I need: painting, repairs, cleaning, etc. lined up and taken care of for me. Katie would send me updates throughout the entire process which made me feel that I was being taken care of and not forgotten. The actual sale and closing of my place was as easy as it could possibly get. In a very short period of time, Katie managed to get me an offer that was above asking price, closed in 14 days without any contingencies. I am so thankful that I was able to work with the Lederer team and I know that I ended up in the best situation possible. I highly recommend them and if I still lived in California, I would use them again! read more

I first met Mark and Derrick a couple of years ago. They have helped me with multiple purchases and sales and I consider them now friends and confidants. I have had a couple of other agents who are fantastic too, but Derrick and Mark are the only people I would trust with the whole real estate process, from start to finish, from the most basic ideas and talking over an investment strategy with numbers and research, to searching and visiting, to financing, to offering and purchasing and even to fixing up a place after purchasing. Derrick in particular has helped me with the most difficult of sales when other people might have quit. He is quite possibly the most patient and thoughtful realtor to have at your side I have ever seen. There are other agencies and realtors that promote their reputations and attitudes. The Lederer Team will do all of the hard work that others are just not up to doing. I recommend them to all of my friends -- and I recommend them to all of my friends-to-be. read more

My husband and I were total novices at the real estate game and we were searching for an agent to help us buy our first house. To boot, we have very different personalities--he's very laid back and I am more of a detail person who wants to know every tiny detail. So it was hard to imagine we'd find a good fit for both of us. We also were not really at the top of the price range, had some specific requirements, and did not want to be pressured. But, we were thrilled when we found Mark and Katie. They truly went above and beyond for us in every possible way. They were the perfect fit for us as a couple--answering all my detailed questions but also able to put us both at ease and take care of things for us as needed. They took time to explain things about houses and point out potential problems as we looked at houses and we really felt they were on our team. We never felt rushed into making an offer and were able to take our time and find the right house. During and after the buying process, they also helped direct us to the best people in the business--whether for the home inspection or for people to help us do repairs or remodel later. For my husband and I this was a life saver. They helped us find reputable people and get solid quotes during the inspection period so we'd know just how much we would be spending to "fix up" our house. While there was never any pressure to use these folks, it felt good knowing these were people Mark and Katie used on their own houses. Mark and Katie are honest, direct, kind, and very professional. We were thrilled and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying a house in the East Bay. We'll definitely use them again ourselves too! read more

Mio Sullivan helped us purchase our first home in Richmond. We love our house and neighborhood and feel like we've won the lottery. This review is long overdue. Derrick Tyler from Katie and Mark's team helped my husband and I purchase our first home. Because we were first time home buyers, there were many tricky aspects that needed to be taken care of. We also took out a rare form of an FHA loan, which caused so many delays (It took us 8 months). During each hiccup, Derrick was patiently there to help us along. I can confidently say that we would not be homeowners if we did not have Derrick as our partner. I have purchased 5 homes and Tracy Klem provided the best service I have ever had. Here are the specifics: 1. She is an amazing listener. As we visited homes she really heard the essence of what we liked and wanted, just by listening to our comments. 2. Every home she suggested we look at was exactly right. 3. She was friendly, courteous, professional , detail oriented (when needed) and knowledgeable of our market area. She pointed out both pluses and minuses of properties! 4. It always felt like she was looking after us, that our satisfaction was her goal , not just trying to get a deal done. 5. She always went the extra mile, even after the home was purchased, she volunteered to drive to the house and let the carpet cleaner in and stayed there until the job was done. (Did I mention the carpet job was perfect and she recommended the cleaner). 6. She patiently and professionally dealt with a very complex closing involving an off-shore seller. You want someone with this level of professionalism when it comes down to closing the sale for your home. 7. She recommended and introduced us to an amazing financer (Opes Advisors) that helped just make the whole process go fast, and smooth while we got a great rate too. Mio Sullivan was an absolute dream come true and I recommend her more than 1000%. She represented us in the recent sale of our house in Oakland. She and her team were communicative, supportive, smart, thorough, funny when we needed to lighten things up, and they led us to a very successful sale. Our home had been rented for several years and needed a great deal of work. Mio's team planned coordinated it all: kitchen makeover, openning up a wall, hardwood floors, painting in and out, plumbing work, new windows and appliances, deck work, etc. The work was high quality and timely. They rolled with all the COVID related challenges in terms of accessing material. They got all the right inspections so our disclosures were super thorough and clean. Their stager did an awesome job and the listing materials on the web were gorgeous. Mio personally went to the house daily to water the garden and she and her kids planted fresh tomatoes with love. When we had challenges with neighbors and our first potential buyers, Mio and her team consulted internally and gave us great guidance. It just doesn get any better than this and you will be so happy if you work with her! My mom also loved working with her and her team for her Marina Bay sale, so we have multigenerational recommendations here! read more

Contrary to the posting from 2/15/2015, I spoke to a resident of the building where the open house was held, and I received a completely different perspective - over 100(!) people showed up for the Sunday open house, and the realtors were professional, polite and proactive in trying to manage the swarms of prospective buyers (some of whom did ignore instructions not to park in reserved spaces). All in all, Katie and Mark did a terrific job in managing and marketing the property and received more than ten offers on the condo. read more

As good as it gets, don't hesitate to contact this excellent team! Mark and Katie helped my husband and I to buy our first home in Albany in 2003. We weren't looking in Albany, but as we were all in the car checking out various homes around Oakland and Berkeley, they had mentioned Albany as a great town with good schools. That comment got my attention and they ended up helping us buy a cute starter home in Albany, sealing the deal before it even had an open house! Anyhow, fast-forward to this past summer 2015 when I saw a house in Albany that was for sale in my dream location and I knew I had to come in strong. So, I called the Lederer's. Long story short, didn't get that house (came in 2nd though!) but not even 2 weeks later, Mark presented an off market listing in Albany in my dream location that we wrote an offer on. Though the process was definitely a little stressful because of details that we were aware of going in, the sale did go through and I cannot tell you how grateful I am to The Lederer's! In this terrible market of all cash, no contingencies offers, I bought the house of my dreams, thanks to working with Mark and Katie! Simply put, they are smart, down to earth, thoughtful, super efficient, up to date and aware of the market and make a very strong team that produce awesome results! read more

Mark was a big help to our family in buying a home in the Bay Area during a complicated relocation from the Midwest. He is knowledgeable about the region and its real-estate practices, always available and super responsive, and overall just a pleasure to deal with. In part through a daylong drive that went from Albany to Dublin, he helped us narrow a search that started off including much of the East Bay, and ultimately to find a place that may have stretched our budget but has made us very happy. Home buying in the Bay Area is inherently nerve-racking, but Mark made it much easier. read more

Mark Lederer contacted me by phone and requested I withdrawl my review on yelp. This is why there is no review details. I will let people come to their own opinion/conclusion on the services offered by Red Oak Realty (Lederer Group). read more

Mark and Katie and their team exemplify the very best in the world of realtors. I have dealt with a number of realtors and always felt "okay" with the transitions, but until I worked with Katie and Mark I didn't know what a huge difference there would be. I cannot think of a single thing Katie and Mark could have done better in managing the sale of my Marina Bay home. From their marketing plan and materials, to working through the upgrades and staging of my property to maximize its appeal to buyers, to helping me analyze the several offers, all the way to the final signing--they were with me all the way. No question went unanswered, no detail was overlooked; communication was clear and timely throughout the transaction. They are true professionals and they bring enormous experience, great business savvy, and, most important, a high level of integrity to their work. I would do another transaction with them in a heartbeat. I recommend them highly and I wish them continued success--they deserve it! read more
