My little one recently ran a temp and they called me right away to notify me and keep me updated on how she was doing. However, after touring CCY, meeting both the director and assistant director, and interacting with the teachers, I am so happy we made the switch. My child has learned so much, loves his teachers and his days in care, and while it was a rough transition (due to his age, not the facility), everyone at CCY helped us both through the process. Having issues arise at our last place wasn't ideal, but I almost see that as a silver lining, as it lead us to Children's Courtyard. Also, while it isn't a requirement for good care, the app they have is so great! You get lots of updates, its easy to communicate with staff, and you're able to change your info and make payments yourself through the app or website. It's been SO NICE to be able to do that myself, instead of having to call in somewhere. Very user friendly, and customer focused.

I can't tell you how great it feels to know your child is well taken care of, and that you can go on with your day knowing your child is not only in good hands, but thriving. That's what you'll get with MCG. My daughter started attending MCG over a year ago when she was just over 2 years old. She entered the toddler room and had a great transition and fit right in. The process to apply was great because we got to meet with the teachers, observe the class, and then brought our daughter to visit. The teachers care so much about each individual child and truly follow the Montessori Philosophy of following the child, and that includes any major transitions. Since then, my daughter transitioned into one of the 3-5 rooms, and when deciding which class to be placed in, took into consideration some of her sensory sensitivities and placed her with a teacher that would be the best fit for those issues. It's those types of considerations that always impress me with MCG. I love that my daughter has made new friends, has great relationships with each teacher, is challenged at her level, and the open communication I have with the staff. I can't recommend MCG enough.

Not only was he incredibly well prepared to start school in IPSD 204 from an academic standpoint, but also socially and emotionally. The school is very well run - with top notch communication and a staff of talented, caring teachers. The staff put on regular education nights for parents, and with no judgment, really helped me identify how to be the best mom I can be. While in the Kindergarten program, our son was asked to be a leader in the classroom and take on more responsibilities. It was so wonderful to watch him thrive and be cared for by an entire staff of smart, devoted, and empathetic women. Thank you so much, MCG, for giving our son the best start! I can't help but wonder how wonderful the world would be if every child got this kind of start. MCG is truly a special place!

I came across the Montessori education and loved everything that I read about it. The teachers and administration treat the all of the children as their own, and the knowledge my young children bring home every day is amazing. Ms. Tracy, who leads the Nido class, has a such gift with toddlers. She is patient, genuine and loving, and has a way of engaging and teaching that is truly unique. She is always on the floor along with the kids and creative enough to engage the various levels. We know our children adore Ms. Tracy which makes it so much easier to leave them every day. Ms. Tiffany is also in the Nido room and compliments Ms. Tracy perfectly. She is also always on floor with the kids and engages them in the creative learning activities. All of the kids seem to really enjoy Ms. Tiffany's company! Ms. Gabby has been in a couple of different rooms with my children at various times. Both of my kids gravitated to her immediately and still talk about her even though neither of them are in the same class as her anymore. She is playful, engaging, and loving. Ms. Lauren and Ms. Madeley were also with my kids at various times, and are also fantastic. They are usually there when I'm picking up and are very good at communicating with parents regarding the child's day, needs, etc. My children had the opportunity to be with Ms. Ashley a few times throughout their time at KLA. Ms. Ashley now leads the older 3s class and has a true gift. She is loving and patient but is great with molding manners and listening skills. The kids absolutely adore her. My daughter is no longer with her class and still talks about her daily, and hangs on her every opportunity she has. She has even asked if Ms. Ashley can come over to our house to play! Ms. Stephanie leads the 3s class and I envy her way of engaging and managing the crazy kids and personalities. She incorporates fun with learning that makes my 3 year old excited to go to school every day. Whatever activity she has the kids doing, she is right along with them on the floor, at their little table, etc. I could truly go on and on about about the teachers and staff at KLA. As a working parent you tend to feel guilty about leaving your kids on a daily basis. However, after so much time spent at KLA, I actually feel a little guilty on the days they are NOT there because I know they are probably having more fun and are learning more when they are there! You can feel confident that your children are in great hands when you are gone. Just don't feel bad when they cry when you come to pick them up because they don't want to leave... This was the second daycare we toured, and we were surprised at how quickly we felt at-ease. After Principal Shannon gave us a tour of the classrooms and curriculum, we knew that they were fully committed to the best experience for both parents and children. I expected the first month to be rougher, but in truth it wasn't. I got frequent updates of how my son was doing after drop off from Ms. Karen and Ms. Shannon, along with photos of our little guy assimilating in his new environment. I also enjoyed seeing the photos from the Vrutti app of class activities and the children playing with each other. I'd always hold my breath to see our son's nap duration, but I was surprised at how well he was sleeping so soon. We thought we would ease into daycare with a 3 day a week schedule, but our only regret is not going 5 days sooner! My husband and I can now work soundly knowing our child is in extremely capable hands. All the staff are very forthcoming as well if your child seems off/sick, had an accident, etc. There is a strong culture of honesty and integrity here. So after almost 4 months, I can confidently say the staff at KLA have been a true blessing. We are not stressed about call-offs or our son being bored at home anymore with the same stations. He is so advanced at 14 months, learning how to hold pencils and playing with his friends in class. Baby Nido teachers Ms. Sayantani, Ms. Cristina, and Ms. Eva are the dream team. Leaving your kids with non-family can be difficult in any capacity, but the Baby Nido teachers are true professionals. They are confident with the kids and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. All of this to say--you will meet some fantastic staff members here at KLA as well as great parents. Don't struggle alone, don't stress to be an employer on top of your full time job... just give KLA a shot and you will find yourself to be as relieved as we were
