On choosing the day care organization for my only kid, I performed a comprehensive factor analysis of the top centers in the area. Preliminary assessment proofed Dublin TLE is superb, and our 2-year experience of being there totally confirms the initial hypothesys. Even though there are more expensive places, Dublin TLE outperformed them completely. The education program is extensive and comprehensive. Teachers and leadership are as reliable as my own eyes and hands. And believe me, I use my eyes and hands a lot. Special respect to Mrs. Ronatta Campbell, who is a great Boss and a sincere professional. I never seen a more trustworthy person in the questions of day care. In fact, because I'm a big ash-hold dive-deep cybersecurity & forensics investigator, I must admit that we might have some non-severe (if not saying "made-up" by my side) situations, but Mrs. Campbell always made it to get resolved positively. If we have any real problem, she would handle it for sure. Maybe I was even a little bit to harsh, but Dublin TLE and Mrs. Campbell navigated it with the highest levels of mutual respect and understanding. My daughter has been attending tle now for 2 and 1/2 years. The staff and the owner or absolutely amazing people. They are always planning fun activities throughout the school year for them. They have a curriculum for them that gets them in early jump start on their education unlike most preschools that only do finger painting. As soon as your child hits preschool to they begin to work on Hooked on Phonics with them. My daughter was able to start reading at the age of 4. The owner goes over and beyond for the kids and the parents. As my daughter is getting ready to start kindergarten after this year's summer camp I am truly going to be completely heartbroken to have to leave. I don't think of this establishment as just a business but somebody that has become a part of our family. The school even starts the kids at a young age infant age and teaching them Spanish and sign language. They introduce them to computers and Technology at a young age. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about this school and how much it has changed our daughter for the good. I drive her 30 minutes each way 5 days a week just to ensure that she was able to attend to school and receive a good education and it was definitely money well worth spent. This location has an excellent staff and administrative team. Professional, clean, caring , responsive. All the things I was looking for in a childcare program. As a fellow educator another important part for me was how education based a program was and The Learning Experience loves teaching and learning. My experience has been terrible ever since the director left. The owner does not care about your child or any concerns you may have. She didn't even know my sons name! Ever since the former director left it has gone down the toilet. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere. The owner has even offered families money off tuition to write a positive review and no one is doing it because it is that bad. Her focus should be on making it a better facility but all she cares about is money and shoving kids in classrooms. Very sad and very unorganized and very unprofessional. read more

As a new mom I was extremely nervous leaving my 6 week old at a center, after touring this center I knew this was the right place for my family. The facility is very colorful and bright. Also the staff and managers here are warm and welcoming and take great care of my little one! They have a lot of knowledge and patience not to mention the art work and curriculum they send home with your babies hand prints and foot prints. My 4 year old daughter recently started at TLE in July. She's one of those children who has a hard time getting dropped off. She adjusted after only 2 weeks. She loves to go to school now. She talks about her friends and her teacher all the time. She doesn't recognize all her letters but after a week or two she was able to recognize more letters thanks to Phonics with Phoebe!
