Imagine does not provide the services it charges parents for. Please read my review before wasting…read moreyour money. I'm not a frustrated parent or a disgruntled employee. I'm a former employee and I left of my own accord a year ago for a more professional job. I've since been in touch with other employees and they have expressed frustration at the lack of changes. From my experience the only age groups that seemed to have a good structure were the infant to toddler classes. But for the price that parents pay it's a very average copy/paste structure. The preschool classes and teachers do not have enough support at all. The management compensates for this by sending support staff to classes to meet ratio requirement. The company seems to only care about those ratios because multiple rooms lacked accurate air conditioning including the so called gym which is smaller than an average school classroom and the management has an absurd rule that the humid un air conditioned gym doors need to be closed. With the school age kids upwards of almost thirty at a time were expected to fit in there with the doors closed. Now let me get to one of the worst issues that honestly shocked me: the lack of food for the students. Multiple instances we ran out of snacks and meal items. To be completely honest running out of food was almost a daily occurrence. On multiple occasions I sneaked extra crackers or fruit from the kitchen for the students just so they could have something. I'm sorry but I felt cruel denying these children when they're spending upwards of seven hours on top of school and then almost all day during the summer. Now speaking of the summer, the so called "camps" are a complete joke. Due to the lack of resources your child will barely cook in the cooking camp, the dino and nija camps are a farce, and the science camps have little to no activities. Do not send your kids here because you will be coughing up thousands of dollars for your child to spend the majority of the day cooped up in that gym, the bowling alley (which is one of the few places most of the kids enjoy but is closed on a semi regular occasion due once again to the company's failure to fix malfunctioning equipment) or the "jungle" which is the older kids home base and I kid you not is an absolute joke of a room. I remember during orientation being shocked at the size of that room. It has a room behind it that has tables but please note the kids are banned from playing there. This area is also where the most accidents happen. It truly lives up to its name unfortunately. On top of that the children are expected to just play around with a few usable toys and the school age teachers I'm sorry to say most of them are not fit for the role. The school age teachers -- on multiple occasions -- alongside some office staff have singled out specific children for behavior that is near to nothing in contrast to other children that are a) either their favorites or b) the child of one of their long term staff. This has been such an issue that some children's complaints have been disregarded due to this. And finally: the older age group needs to be divided because for example: if you have a seven year old they will eventually come into contact with a twelve year old boy twice their size. My intention is not to jeopardize the hard work of the director and the staff that work diligently to care for these children. I just can't imagine as a parent working tirelessly and believing my children are getting a wholesome environment. Environment is everything for nurture. Small rooms, malfunctioning equipment, scarce craft & play supplies, and inadequate nutrition adds to a daily environmental that will impact your child's mental and physical health. This company needs to get its act together and bring down their seat numbers until they can provide enough. And they need to train their staff in actual teaching and classroom management -- not just the minimum courses required by state and federal legislation. I will make sure to leave this review on any other sites I can just in case this gets deleted. It shouldn't but just in case it does.

We love Imagine Bixby (Tulsa) location! My 2 year old and 5 year old both go here. (2 year old is…read morein Transitional Preschool and 5 year old does aftercare.). The staff are so friendly and my kids always look forward to their day here. Exceptionally amazing teachers and updates with photos throughout the day. We love Imagine!
