On the day he showed up, he said he would not do it without more money. This was to remove an existing pile of dead branches. I said don't cut the roses, and they were ruined. He actually ripped out a small rose bush and hid it in the trash. Grass cutting and branches left everywhere, debris blown not raked up. There are now sharp stems from weeds on every lawn, some 5" tall. Dangerous to step on. Photos don't lie. We now have days of work to clean up the disaster left behind.
