Bird droppings are quite plentiful. Lol. There's no walking trail but the sidewalks are doable. The noise, traffic, & trash from the surrounding businesses is apparent but it is minor annoyance. The maintenance team is wonderful: polite & professional. The office staff is aptly responsive to renter's needs. The pool is adequate & clean. The nice community room isn't available (COVID issue) to use yet but will be hopefully soon. The street parking can be limited on weekends when renters have guests. Generally there's open spaces within decent walking distance.

Loud neighbors and suspicious looking people probably selling drugs are just a couple amenities you can look forward here. They have a no pets policy but I had mine anyways. They are too expensive for what they are.
