My son and I came to this laundromat to do our clothes. While we were doing our laundry, my son wanted some from the machine. He put his money in and nothing came out. The worst laundromat. Filthy, machines steal money and clothes don't get fully cleaned or dried. You know how many times I've paid for the expensive super wash and the machine stays on the manual wash. You can't change it either. Would not recommend this place. I've been camping in the area I needed to come into town to wash a few things. This place is great!! Tons of machines and the ability to pay with card. Also coin machine and ATM on site. The machines were clean and almost every single one was functioning. Wifi, vending machine, and a clean bathroom. Staff on site came out to clean and dust while I was waiting for my clothes to dry. There's a coffee shop just down the street too. Great place! read more

This place is disgusting. My clothes feel more dirty after coming. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. I used to work for laundromat and car wash services and have reasonable expectations for them, but this is the worst I've seen. Take your business elsewhere. Great laundromat. Very clean and they have a bunch of new equipment. Prices were good, and the attendant was very helpful.

This place is not only dirty as heck but its also expensive! The washer is 7$!!! FYI: The bathroom is locked unless management is on site. They have a snack machine with some various snacks and drinks. The only good thing about this place is the wifi while you wait (its free....I know, shocker right?). Im frustrated there are no other laundromats close to here. If there was I would have left in a heartbeat. I will never be back. read more

This place isn't just dirty, it is filthy. And don't blame it on the poor woman who is working here. She is so busy doing laundry that has been brought in that she doesn't even have time to consider sweeping the floors. Come on so-called "business owner ". You are getting a bad rep with your customers (who you are loosing....I will never be back) so why don't you walk in here and wonder if you would do your laundry here. Also some guy put his dirty rugs on the counter and then in the washer.....the counter is even more filthy. The wheels on the baskets that hold the clothes have so much hair and crap wrapped around them they will hardley roll. Wake up and quit taking advantage of all involved. The place is gross. The machines are always broken. The change machine is always empty. The snack machine in never full I went in to do laundry today and there was water all over the floor from yet another broken washer. If I had another place to go to do my laundry while I'm waiting for my house to be built I would go there. Maybe the owners know there isn't another choice so they don't care about their business. read more

The hours say that they are closed at midnight. Sat in the car while we waited for our clothing to dry and then went in to go check at 11:50pm to see if they were dry and the doors were locked. Called the number on the front door and they said "that the doors lock automatically and there was nothing they could do" and also told us to come back at 6am to get them. I was very disappointed with my experience I spent around $35, the Machines eat quarters and no attendant was around to help with the issue (during business hours.) The bathroom was filthy and no toilet paper or paper towels were stoked, it smelt and looked like someone had washed themselves in the sink. Another guest was having issues with a dryer and had left a note saying it was broke after not finding any help from the attendant (it was around 3-4 pm) she left and not more then 5 minuets later the attendant walked out from the back and removed the sign from the machine and said "the number is on the door you call if there is problems. no one ever calls." I looked around the room and no where is it posted if there are problems or issues to call. the only number listed is the number on the front door under the listed business hours. Hopefully we wont be without a washer for much longer but I can assure you I will most definitely be taking my $35 else where next time probably save $$ that way. read more

In regards to the negative talk about the Laundry Room on Sunset Blvd I would like to say it is well taken care of compared to past years and several owners. I have been using this place for almost 20 years. The current attendant is very friendly and helpful. She has rules posted and that is right for a business. Please try and be a little more concerned about where you are and what you do there. Wash your clothes and leave without making a big mess. I have been there plenty of times recently when the place is clean. The attendant gave me a break once when I put my clothes in a washer, put in the money and started the machine then realized that I needed to change to cold water. I pushed the stop button which in a lot of businesses would have meant that to start over I would have had to input another $4 and pay double. The attendant gave me a break by starting another washer for me. She didn't have to do this as it was my mistake and no fault of the attendant or the owner(s) or the machine. I am thankful and will continue to use this laundromat because I received great customer service from the current attendant. As for there being no one there on the weekends would one of you who is complaining contact the owner and inquire if they will hire you or your teen for the weekend or if not maybe you could do the community a favor and volunteer to clean. Then the restroom could be opened without the owners being afraid of it being trashed or damaged. Think about how you would like your house/apartment treated by others using it when you are not there to supervise and do likewise. read more

This laundry is average cleanliness, although from the other review weekend sound nasty! if you wont get an attendant at least have someone stop by and clean up half way thru the day. When I was there the owner was there. I asked her if she could do a transfer to the dryer as I'd be gone 2 hrs. I left $2 in quarters...by her , hoping the sight of that stack would remind her. She was doing a big wash dry fold order n said she didn't know if she would remember... So I had to go n hoped she would. It takes about 20 seconds for my one small load . She did not. I gt back @4:07, she leaves at 4. My quarters were gone and thanks so much! I'm shocked that the owner couldn't do that. Many times in the past employees have done it for me. NOT a good place. The machines consistently take your quarters and then do not work. The owner refuses to give refunds or any kind of acceptable customer service. No one works on the weekends (probably so they can rip people off and not be there to give refunds). It was extremely dirty on the weekend. I must say, I've been to several laundromats throughout the area of St. George. Most of them have turned my stomach the minute I walked through the door! However, the Laundry room on Sunset, is the cleanest in town! Although some patrons don't know how to pick up there own trash and through there dryer sheets in the trash. I find this place fantastic!
