I went to a few laundromats in town and none had the large capacity machines but Dixie Spin! I was able to fit 4 large blankets in one load and for $20 and 24 minutes it was well worth it! I also appreciated that this washer included soap. The large Dryers worked well too and was $3 for 24 mins. The girl working there was super nice and helped me figure it all out, will def be comin back when my blankets need washed again lol read more

Excellent Laundromat - I brought in about 4 bedspreads, and bed sheets, and I was able to wash them in one washing machine! Huge time saver and super convenient. We're doing a drive down from the PNW in our van and stopped here to do laundry. The facilities were super clean and modern (no need to have cash/exchange coins)! Christine was working and helped us with detergent as well as hooking up my little one with crayons and a coloring page (also some smarties!). Next door is a hair school so we were even able to get a bang trim while we waited for our clothes to dry. Definitely will come back when we are in the area again. Very nice laundromat overall. I feel like they got a little too Extra with all the automation and it's a little more PITA and time-consuming than the standard setup of just a quarter machine and maybe some mama at the desk selling you Tide Pods or something, but I'll overlook that given that everything else is spot on. Nice, clean, no problems with machines (which seem pretty new). Prices are reasonable considering how nice it is and the lack of competition in St. George - wash one regular load for 2.75, dry for about 1.50. And three really well-kept bathrooms available with no key begging (tempted to give 5* just for that alone). The only thing I don't like is the fully automated payment system. If you want to pay cash, you have to find a machine and get its number, then remember the number and walk over to a payment kiosk, then go through the slow-loading kiosk process ... quarters were fine, they really didn't need improved upon. Of course the idea of all this is to push you to install their app, to which you can make direct credit card payments and such and activate your washer directly. Call me a Boomer if you will but I don't like using gratuitous apps. Every one you add is yet another potential security problem on the pile (you're given $5 "free" when you sign up so I would carefully check what data and permissions the app wants to access 'cause there ain't no such thing as a free $5) ... plus I only expect to use this place maybe a handful of times at most in a year and I don't want to pre-load funds that I can't recover later. I dont want to give a negative review because I used to love Dixie Spin, however I am very disapointed in their wash and fold services. This is the second time I have had to rewash my items because Dixie Spin did not get them clean. The first time I did not complain but since prices went up and I gave them a tip and it cost me 49 dollars I was upset that the slipcovers were still yellow from soil. I took them home and rewashed them in Clorox 2 and them the print on the fabric looks white and not yellow anymore. If they wanted to charge me more for pre-treating the wash I would be fine with that but I dont understand someone washing your items would return them still yellow. read more

The attendant actually greeted me when I entered and helped me with the machines and paying with my card. It's very clean, and the attendant was so nice. I'll be coming back as needed since I'm traveling. They even have USB ports, and a big screen TV and they give you the remote, but they DON't take Apple Pay! Overall, a 99 out of 100. Washer is 60 lb loader staring from $7 Big washer 90 lb loader starting from $14 The app they use is "the laundry boss". Using cash as well as credit card without app was not that much slower. This is the first laundromat I've been to in years, and it's certainly the best. My family and I just moved here, and while we are waiting on delivery of new laundry equipment, we gave this place a shot. It's very clean, and very modern. Machines are activated electronically via mobile app or kiosks. Did 6 loads of laundry in the super-sized washer, which did the job in 17 minutes, then drying in the super-sized dryer in 30 minutes. This rocked my world. I'm used to spending most of a day washing clothes in a consumer washer that is slowed down by high efficiency standards. I almost regret having blown the money on new machines. I'm definitely coming back to this place when I need large items washed or need to get all the laundry done in a hurry. And the prices are very reasonable: $14.50 total for washing and drying six loads. My kids had a ball watching the machines and helping out with the folding. Highly recommended. They also offer complete washing/drying/folding service. I haven't had a chance to use it, but the price is $1 a pound, with a minimum of 10 lbs. read more

The machine was easy to use. We travel all over the USA and Mexico, this has been the best laundromat we've ever been too. First off, I want to give a shout out to Justin, the attendant on duty, for A+ customer service. To put it in context, he's the guy companies should model their customer service staff after. Justin was friendly, professional, and helpful. Since this was my first time there, he walked me through the app and the process quickly and efficiently. I think it took under 2 minutes. The location is clean, well-stocked with amazing appliances (I was pleasantly surprised with how great my clothes came out), and plenty of seating and tables to wait or fold your laundry. True to their motto, I was in and out under 60 minutes. You get a sense that Dixie Spin takes great care and pride in what they do. 2-8-2020 I haven't been in a laundromat for 30 years.I took my king size comforter in to wash it. Since I had no idea how the automated system worked I asked the little gal at the desk how it all worked. When she could pry herself away from her phone she gave me very vague instructions, she wasn't about to come out of her sanctuary to assist me. I overheard a gentlemen tell the clerk, if you can call her that, that he would not use this laundromat again. I don't know what it was about. There was a very nice Spanish couple that was doing their laundry that helped me. Thanks be to them. I am most grateful. So it turned out ok and I washed my large comforter, but I feel your "clerk" could have been a better representative of your establishment. Maybe take her phone away from her before she clocks in.
