It worked fine and I like that it reports back to the phone how many minutes remain so I didn't have to keep coming back to the machines to check. Great machines and they worked really well. Washing, drying and plenty of table space for folding. A few seats here and there, but I opted to use the time making dinner in the Sprinter van. Other than there's no easy refund for putting too much money into the app, it went well. I was actually able to sell a $7 washer to a dude for $5, otherwise I'd have been out the $7. That's 2 bucks a load. I stopped in at the other laundromat up the street and it was $2.75 to wash and a dollar to dry: almost twice as expensive per load. They also have free wi-fi, although I didn't end up using it because I spent the whole time talking to the owner, who was in the process of refinishing the floors. Super nice people here, I'll go here before the other guys any day.

I took my uniforms in and gave them specific instructions on where the creases need to be and exactly how I wanted them pressed. No room for error here. I dropped them off on Friday and picked them up on Tuesday. My uniforms came back perfect. Every crease was well placed; the stains I had acquired over the years were removed; and they were fresh and clean. I can't commend them enough on the job they did. I usually wash and press them myself when I'm not near a base, but I figured I'd give Magic Touch a chance and fix it if I needed to. No need to fix anything. Perfect the first time! I know they do a lot of Army uniforms. We have an Army Reserve Unit here in Jboro. But there's not a lot of sailors around these parts so I was stressing it. But they did a wonderful job. Even my dress white uniform was spotless. If you need some dry cleaning done you really can't go wrong with these guys. If they can get black shoe polish off of navy dress whites then they can do anything! Highly recommend!

I get SO spoiled going to other cities with their high volume .99 cent per item dry cleaners. Not so in this particular section of the Mid-South. That's OK. Magic touch (to date) has been ample for my fancy clothing needs. Sure a bit high-priced for the region compared to other services. But in all fairness items appear properly cleaned/pressed. Nothing lost and you don't even have to get out of your car for drop off or pickup (America!). Service had been friendly and generally fast. Until my 99 cent dry cleaning dream comes true, looks like I am a loyal customer.

First, I called to confirm same day service, they indicated that it could be done. I dropped my shirts and pants off on Wednesday PM. I arrive back on Thursday PM - no clothes - there was a "mistake" on the ticket - but I could collect them the next morning. Next morning (Friday) - no clothes. Now I have to drive 20 minutes in the opposite direction on Friday night to collect my clothes prior to driving the MEM for my flight home. I collect the cloths on Friday PM - did not bother checking the box - as the pants were there and correct. Arriving at hotel in MEM - i open the box to pack the shirts - WRONG SHIRTS. Since the shop was closed, I called in the morning from ORD - they recognized the mistake and promised me my shirts would be shipped for Saturday delivery - as I was traveling again on Sunday for three weeks. I indicated I would return the incorrect order as soon as my shirts were received. Saturday and NO SHIRTS. Called the shop - manager indicated the "boss" thought the fees were too high so the shirts would be delivered on Monday. Monday was too late for me - I guess that did not matter. So their regular customer was now going to wait three weeks for the shirts to be shipped back. The shirts came in a soft side bag - so had to be re-laundered once they arrived. So they failed in one-day service. They failed in 1.5 day service. They failed to execute a plan agreed to. They failed me - a one time customer. They failed a loyal customer. NEVER USE THIS CLEANER - I would sooner use a wash bucket and stones to clean my shirts. At least I would know when and where the shirts would be ready.
