From the moment we started, Helen was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She asked me exactly what I wanted, including the length I wanted for my toenails, and she never made me feel rushed. She took her time cleaning and preparing my nails and paid close attention to the details. She was also genuinely interested in getting to know me and made conversation by asking me questions throughout the appointment. In the end, Helen did an amazing job! My toenails look beautiful, and I'm very happy with how they turned out. I really appreciated her kindness, patience, and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Helen to anyone looking for a nail tech who truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work!

They said sorry no. I was like OK no problem. The lady that did my nails was distracted the whole time with the phone and people coming in the door. She did an OK job. My daughter got a guy that was super rough with the drill around her cuticles. She said it felt like it was burning. He also was super rough with the nail file. She had little cuts on the sides of her fingers. One was actually bleeding. I did not know this had happened before she went to the car and looked upset. When I got out there, she was bawling. Not to mention that it's only been about a week and a half or so, and two of her BUILDER gel nails have already come off. Is this place is a no! Sorry... it would be best if they focused on the client they have in front of them instead of production. You would get better tips! Although I did tip them 20% because I did not know what they had done to my daughter.

EDITED: removed two stars. When I got into my swimming suit on my first day of vacation (48 hours…read moreafter the sugaring) I realized there were TONS of spots of hair on my upper legs. If I was not on a cruise ship where it was hard to get shave gel and razors I would have probably just shaved. I don't know if it is because they are more fine hairs on my upper legs, but there were giant patches of hair missed. I have never had this happen in my standard waxing experiences. I was shocked how much hair was left on my upper legs (baby fine hair) and over both knees. If this is a difference in sugaring versus waxing I will definitely have to stick with waxing as it looked like I had no hair removal done at all in big patches. Sooo bummed. ---- Original review: Overall a good experience. They were friendly and helpful making my appointments and the facility is clean. They're also easy to find. I had a number of services head to toe so they split my time between two estheticians. The first one was good but I felt like she talked almost too much. It felt forced and I am sure she was just trying to distract me but I just kinda wish I'd have been able to lay there quietly. I had asked to leave a strip of hair and she did but it was lop-sided and looked funny. I didn't realize it until I got home and ended up having to just shave the small area. The second girl was very friendly but was better and reading me and didn't push conversations. When it slowed down she let me sit quietly. She did a very good job and was even willing to clean up a few missed hairs by the first woman. I'm not sure I think sugaring is less painful than watching (which is what I'd heard and was why I tried it) but overall it was a good experience. If I went back I'd ask for the 2nd girl to do my whole service. Her name was Megan but she joked that they should call her "Emily" because there's 3 Megans that work there.
