Unfortunately, neither of us felt welcomed once they got started. The front desk staff was very friendly, but the technicians were cold, barely spoke, and seemed irritated anytime we made a request. The pedicure itself felt rushed, with very little heel scrubbing -- one heel was barely touched at all. My husband also clearly asked to have his toenails trimmed, and they only cut the nails on one foot before moving on. At that point, he had completely decided he was done and wouldn't be returning here. During my manicure service, felt rushed again and my only request was to slightly reshape one nail, and even that seemed to annoy the technician. It's unfortunate because the salon itself is nice inside - much nicer than the busy nail mill down the street. But at least there, the staff interacts with you and makes you feel like a customer instead of an inconvenience. Sadly, we won't be returning.

I had booked the appointment maybe 1 week in advance online. They did take a deposit, which is to be used towards your appointment. They take you to a large room where there are multiple chairs, so it's not exactly separated from other clients (like other places I've been to that do lashes). The lady who did my lash lift did not talk much but she seemed nice...maybe asked a few questions or mentioned a few words but that was it. It was also kind of assumed I had done lash lifts before because I don't recall being told to keep my eyes closed the whole time, even though I knew to do that. I had to kind of had to pay attention to what was happening to take cues on when to open my eyes. The lady doing my lashes was pretty gentle, such that I dozed off a bit. My lashes looked great afterwards. You have to keep from washing your eyelashes for 24 hours after. If you've never had a lash lift done, they might look unnatural, but I think that comes from how wet they look in pictures immediately after they are set with the perming solutions, but when they dry, they look like normal lashes, but just lifted. Anyway, they give you a complimentary little spoolie to brush them. Overall, it was a good experience, and I do plan on coming back.
