I really don't like PC World at all, I don't think they have any interest in their customers…read more I got my PC there and it wouldn't connect to PC World's website. I drove to the store, in order to give myself a break. I told the chap my problem and he gave me their website address. !!!!!!!!!!!!!. I went through it again and eventually he gave me a phone number. A friend later had problems and I was with him and we went into PC World as he'd purchased his laptop there. Same treatment. Assistants disappear and twenty minutes later tell you some one else is dealing with it. I really dislike bad service.

Give this store a miss buying a new laptop should be a pleasure but using pc world was a nightmare it took us an hour to buy it, due to treatment and sales talk..

I had been having issues with my…read morelaptop.originally I rang Microsoft where I spoke to someone who spoke extremely fast and wasn't clear at all, but from what I did make out he was saying I had corrupt files and wanted me to pay £110.00 for fixing it. After fusing I rang excel-it and spoke to Darren. He was extremely helpful toke over my computer from his end sorted the issue I was having with my computer straight away. downloaded the software I was missing reassured me I had no corrupt files and talked me through the whole process at reasonable price. very very happy customer and will be using the company again (but hopefully not to soon :D ). I would recommend to any future customer if you want clear stress free help.
