The…read morefirst is that Martin Lee gave me an estimate of $1500 and said the actual price might be higher once he removed all the damaged parts and saw what needed to be replaced. That's fair but when he saw what needed to be replaced it was $1000 higher than the estimate bringing it up to $2500. He didn't ask me to approve this new price. He just did the work and told me what it was after the work was done. The other thing that really bothered me was that a medallion on my key fob was missing when my key fob was returned to me. Someone from the shop stole it.

The second time, I stopped and get his info. Finally, I called (last minute) and he was able to fit us in on one of my days off. They were prompt, texting when they were on their way. They had everything they needed (electricity, water, etc.) to get the job done (not that it would have mattered to me). They were extremely thorough, inside and out. For a 2020 model, the paint on my car is starting to look dull in spots. When they were done, it looked shiny and like new! And the smell on the inside, lovely and clean!
