If your not already in a credit union you should really join, if your looking for a loan this is the best place to get it! i have had many loans from this branch and they are very accommodating with repayments, you can change them around to suit you as long as the credit union agree. These guys are big believers in community spirit, education, travelling and just generally doing well in life, so basically they believe in most of the things i believe in, perfect! The staff in here are really nice too and I have never been in a big queue, in fairness though I use their online services which cuts out the need to go into this branch very often.

She had to cancel the insurance now as she sells out her car. We requested the cancellation letter to note that the cancellation had happened for her request, (otherwise she cannot use the no claim bonus for new car.) We reqested this in written, in phone in many ways million times. They just delay and send out everything else except this note. Now we go to a solicitor, because of this is unreasonable which cannot be interpreted other way then panishing customers for cancellation.
