The lounge had a television with great selection and comfortable seating for the hour and fifteen minutes it took to do all my windows. (I was very impressed by their speed) And the quality of work was great, the tints have no flaws so far. I will be returning to Sherod for all of my future vehicles and I recommend Sherod to anyone looking for window tints in the Hartford area.

I made numerous attempts to reach out to Brandon to just take a look at it to see if there was something we could do to fix it especially when you pay good money to have something look good. There were so many more projects i would of loved to have done and support a small business instead of going to a big time shop. But i guess it is what it is and i will take my business elsewhere to fix the imperfections in my window tint and get the rest of my work done. Purchasers beware you will get ignored if something comes out wrong because you will be paying twice to get the work fixed. Lesson learned sometimes you just can't trust small business owners.

I'm not…read moreone to come after someone's small business or someone making an honest living, but this is one of the worst tints and headlights wraps I've ever gotten and you Brandon don't have the respect and honesty to do the right thing or fix it. I contacted this guy for a quote to get my 2 front windows, windshield, headlights and taillights tinted. We agreed for a 4:30pm appointment and I brought the car to him and he said it should be ready by 7ish. I left and he called me when it was ready. When I got there everything looked good at that point but it was not till the next day that I noticed how bad of a job Brandon did. There were gigantic bubbles forming on the taillights and headlights and I texted him making him aware of the issue or wondering if it was normal. He did not state if it was normal, just a quick "oh I can fix those" but never answered my following messages or questions. The following day I texted him again because the tint started peeling off completely. And bubbles were everywhere, he said it was because it had rained after they were installed that he would've have to keep the car all day instead that's why the bubbles appeared. I brought the car to you at 4:30pm and you were done by 7, so you would've had to keep the car all night ?! If the timing was bad or you were rushing then say so before you confirm that time and date !. But at the end of the day I stated to you these were not installed properly there's scratches on the windows, the cuts on the edges I can even do better and the gap on top of the windows is not even worth it for me to fight for you to redo all these work. Because after all the messages you just said I'll get to you when I get to you. Yeah real professional.... I understand you're trying to make an honest living but take some pride on your work and don't treat your customers like this. I hesitated on writing this review because I wanted to give you a chance to make it right. But after 3 days and you ignoring my texts it leaves me no choice. I hope that you learn to do the right thing with future customers but after reading some of your bad reviews I'm not surprised by any of this, funny thing you deny they were your customers but your work speaks for yourself. Stay away from this guy! Spend a bit more on a professional business it will go a long way, btw my car hasn't even hit a 100 miles on the dash and you also managed to not put trim clips from the trunk... enjoy my hard earned money that I tried to have you refund I didn't even ask for full refund but then you ignored me..

They accommodated my request for a last-minute interior and exterior detail so I could sell my car, although their team only ended up having time to complete the interior. The price was very reasonable, and they took a couple bucks off since I'm military. The quality of the interior detail was flawless, better than I expected for how little I had to pay. Sam runs an RC car shop in the corner of their lobby, and he's a great guy to talk to if you're waiting for someone on the detail side of the shop.
