My wife took my kids away and try to use CPS to frame me And she did succeed it! I was homeless for several days before Charles got me back into my own house. CPS finally closed, the case against me, since they had nothing against me. The worst part in the situation is that any fathers in Americais always guilty by default and mothers always have the benefits of the doubts. I was glad to have Mr. Kronzek to help me. What a horrible experience it was working with the Kronzek Firm. I would never recommend working with Charles Kronzek or Brandy Thompson. This firm bounced me around and I had to tell my case to multiple different people. They were supposed to file a motion, in which they wrote the document up. They then gave me an official court document with a date and time on it. The secretary told me it was all set. Charles Kronzek then served the document on the other side and never filed it with the court. This ended up hurting my case more. The opposing side filed within days a scathing reply imo and it destroyed my case further. Within a short time Charles Kronzek was threatening me to go find another attorney. Because he was telling me it was strategy for what he did. Well it was never a strategy I agreed upon or was even made aware of. The night before the supposed court date I found out that the motion was never filed and that the court date was never going to happen. This firm then expected for me to pay for their unfiled paperwork and motion. I am in the process of filing a greivance with Charles Kronzek, Brandy Thompson and the Kronzek firm. Of course Charles flexed his law muscles and stated he is a part of the Lansing Grievance department of some sort. I would NEVER recommend this firm to anyone. My partner is currently working with Michael Cronkright a past employee of the Kronzek firm. When I mistakenly said that he and Charles were similar, he almost jumped out of his seat denying the accidental wording. They are not alike and I felt the Kronzek firm was great at marketing themselves on the internet and that is about it. I initially did my phone consultation with Josh Pease. I could quickly tell that he was a salesman and a marketing genius for the firm. Looking back I was looped in and wish I never would have went with this firm. I had a great experience with this Law Firm. They had a great team that was very knowledgeable and experienced. They do cost more but I considered the services they provided for us well worth it, considering what my husband was facing. He was facing potential prison time that was well over two years for possessing firearms while being a felon and with him already having a record it would have been worse. I am so glad we chose this firm because my husband didn't get any jail or prison time. His offense was dropped to a high class misdemeanor, the attorney was even able to look over his criminal record and reduce some of the points on his record that were inaccurate. Thanks to this firm my husband only had to pay fines which is what we wanted, so that he wouldn't be taken away from the family. So I would definitely recommend this firm to anybody who is facing something that is truly serious and since they were able to do this for us...it's kind of a no brainer what they can do for a charge that is less serious.
