The front of the shop is essentially a slightly-upscale barbershop with a few chairs, a shampoo sink, and a jeep chair for little kids. In the back is a small salon for womens' haircut and coloring. Unfortunately, whoever I spoke to (I think she had a German accent) is possibly the rudest person I have ever interacted with. I asked her what kind of extensions she did and she responded, "I do them all". I said, OK, which brand do you use - Hairdreams/Great Lengths - at which point she got really defensive and rude and told me she had no interest in talking to me. I think she might have actually hung up on me too. I wish I had an opinion based on having actually had services at Le Studio but, based on the awful experience I had just trying to find out basic information so that I could decide if I wanted to even go there, I would rather drive the 12 miles to Beverly Hills than go to Le Studio.
