    Friday we took possession of the house that took eight months to build. We arranged to have a…read morerather large order delivered that day as if not, I'd be sleeping on hardwood floors. The delivery men never showed and I called the store moments after they closed only to observe that they were anxious to get to their busy weekend. I figured I was doomed to my nondelivery when after a 12 hour shift, Jesse King & Jeremy Brown showed up all tired and sore and did indeed make my weekend SO Much Better! Those two could have called it a day, and gone home too, but saved by their unselfish dedication to duty, they Made My Day and night... so much better. I spent more than a lot of money there, and will always go back as Jesse & Jeremy saved the day! Thanx fellas, I so appreciate what you fine gentlemen did for us. -------- Update: 4/3/19 Today my happy saga continues! We spent a Chunk of Bucks on a new living room and some bedding. Anthony and came by and removed an old mattress that made my old man body quite happy. Mr. Mayor owns this shop, and runs a tight ship! These guys deserve a raise, as they are an excellent reflection on your entire organization. /----------- 4/29/2019 The boys just left here a few hours ago! Nick Mayberry was my salesman and where Nick left- off on excellent customer service, his crew completed in delivering yet-another-order! Mayberry furniture ia ALL we ever bought while we lived in Crossville. What more does one need? Nick knows that I'm partially handicapped and instructed his crew to move out my old sofa to our garage so the charity folks can come and take it later. Dillion has been here three times to make deliveries and today we met Trace for the first time. I wish these two would get a pay Raise! There were as polite as they were exceedingly knowledgeable about the furniture they delivered today. I just love Mayberry's Furniture Shop.

We always want to support our local businesses and keep them going. It is easy to do here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Any time we contacted them for additional information or assistance, they promptly provided fast and detailed responses which allowed us to make our decision and purchase in time to make our deadline. We were able to find exactly what we needed and my Mother loved the pieces. Thank you Nick and everyone at Mayberry's - cannot go wrong with this local store with a long standing history.

    This place is despicable. After spending a ton of money here, they would not exchange a mattress…read moreeven though it was within the warranty. The manager David had said he would, at minimum, give us a discount on a new mattress and then withdrew his offer and referred us to Chris, the customer service representative at Bed Boss. (the bed brand) Dealing with Chris became an additional nightmare and his best suggestion was to prop up the 3 month old mattress with a piece of plywood. The following letter was written in response to the lack of customer support that I received from Bed Boss. Chris, A piece of plywood? Bring the mattress to you? Really? I've just spent a considerable amount of money on not only a new king size mattress, but also the headboard as well as a bunk bed and your solution is to buy a piece of plywood? It's not only disappointing that you appear to be selling an inferior product, but also have a lack of customer service and empathy, which should be more appropriately called "customer disservice". One reason, my wife and I chose to purchase a mattress from a retail outlet as opposed to a mail order mattress is that we would have expected to receive support after the sale. Apparently that is not the policy of the Bed Boss company. It's also quite interesting that you have no problem delivering and setting up the mattress, but seem to be unwilling or unable to send a representative to examine the mattress at my residence. You must really have some super human powers, to be able to evaluate a mattress by just viewing a few pictures. My guess however, is that you do not have these powers and that you are really just pretending to play the role of a customer service representative while allowing the company to stuff cash in it's bank account. Your claim of not receiving my initial emails is bogus, since I have the emails that I sent, which indicates your are either incompetent, or a liar. This brings me to your advice of bringing the mattress to you for an inspection. How am I supposed to bring you the mattress? It is KING SIZE MATTRESS! Should I fold it up and place it in the trunk of my car? Maybe I should rent a truck, and drive the 86 miles from Crossville Tennessee to Chattanooga? Yes, that would be a great idea. To throw good money after bad, just so you don't strain yourself providing customer service. My wife has not had a good night's sleep for months, due to the defects in this mattress. She wakes up every morning with back and hip pain from whatever defect is beneath the padding. This situation has prompted me to research Bed Boss on the internet. I wish I had done this before purchasing your product. Do you know why? Guess. The general consensus of reviews, is not only that other unsuspecting customers are having issues with defective mattresses, there are even reviews that have said that the customer service representative, Chris, is totally WORTHLESS! Imagine that? As I have stated, I wish I had found these reviews of Bed Boss and yourself, before I had spent a substantial amount of money at your Crossville location. You had better stash that money that you have scammed from customers that have purchased your garbage that is disguised as a premium mattress. Companies like yours don't stay in business in the long run. Mark

You can't beat the prices and you don't have to sacrifice quality. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They don't follow you around, they give you your space to browse. If I could change anything, it would be better advertisement when they have sales. Other than that, I have been happy with this store.
