What a joke. Terrible content. Chatgpt prompt engineering certification. What a joke. They charge over $1700 and I got the course for $500 thought I was killing it. Course ain't with $500 eitherIt's all just a PowerPoint presentation, they don't even show ChatGpt at all. The examples are something a 12 year old would ask AI . The presenter accent is strong and hard to understand in some points. No business examples, no actual usage in chatgpt. Plus the platform is clunky , 2 of the course chapters were missing online and one stopped after 32secs. No exam just a certificate of completion. Great course on Udemy which actually is worth doing. read more

I enrolled for a course, they changed it last minute, my unpaif leave had already been approved for me to take this course. I now have no income for the week and I've wasted time that could've been used to attend the course. I asked for a refund as it was their fault for poor planning. I had no other dates available to take the course and then they refused to give me a refund and now I'm down a couple thousand dollars. These guys are scammers and their courses are over promised as being better than they actually are. Do NOT GO WITH THEM. read more

Don't touch these jokers, I booked with them & they changed the location on me at the last minute. I called & asked to be moved to another class & they said there was a $1400 admin fee & they had the right to change the location even though they advertised central locations. Will never use them again, they just referred to their terms & conditions, do not care 1 bit about their customers & will change for their convenience read more

I enrolled in a Change Management course in Canberra which was cancelled the Friday before the one week course was due to start on the Monday in mid-March 2015. I requested a course refund at that time and then requested again via email and telephone call two weeks later. Another two weeks have passed and I am still waiting for my refund. My recommendation is to NOT use this company. read more
