I just wanted to file a provisional utility patent (patent pending) for my idea as I didn't have it fully working. What attracted me to call them was their upfront services and pricing they displayed on their website. That stood out to me as honest so I scheduled an appointment for a consultation with Marin Cionca. I knew I found my IP attorney after my initial meeting with Marin and his team. They were very friendly and welcoming. Its been 2 years now since we have been working with the CIONCA IP Law firm. So far, we have submitted 3 non-provisional utility patents and received a patent for 1 and got notice of allowance for the 2nd and we are still awaiting to hear on the 3rd patent filing from the USPTO. We skipped the provisional patent (patent pending) step and saved money after speaking with Marin because we knew we had something new and unique. Because they did such a great job on the patents we also submitted 3 trademark filings (Company Name, Company Logo, and another sub Company Logo). All trademarks were also approved by the USPTO. The CIONCA IP Law team is very good at estimating total costs upfront which is dependent on the amount of claims you have for a single patent. You will always know what you have to pay because they do not have hidden costs or charges. They have excellent communication from beginning, consultation, engagement to hopefully patent approval. They also educate and guide you smoothly through the process answering any questions quickly. In addition, they also take the time to warn you about all the scams and solicitations that will occur going through the patent and trademark process which I never knew existed. I would've definitely been caught in one of those scams if they had not warned me because they look so legitimate. Kudos and great thanks to CIONCA IP Law for really dedicating great work and service at a reasonable price such as mine.

Up to this point, I've never experienced anything having to do with litigation, so I was stressed about how to seek counsel. I called Hankin Patent Law, trying to get different answers. My initial phone call with the front desk employee, Joseph, went very well. He offered to listen to my situation and see what he could do I felt heard and understood. I say this because I called a few other law companies and the conversations with their front desk gave me a bad impression. Joseph was able to connect me with their lawyer, Amy, for a consultation. During the consultation, she listened to my situation and I could tell we were 100% on the same page. Because of her expertise and more importantly, her compassionate personality, I knew I was going to be in good hands. As we worked on my situation, she made sure that I understood all the ins and outs of my situation from a legal standpoint. Throughout the entire process, Amy was very understanding and professional. She listened to every concern I had, no matter how minor they were, and addressed each concern with intense effort. She made it clear that she was there to help me see my situation through. I never felt like I was on a timer whenever we talked. We turned over every rock together and discussed different scenarios that could occur, including hypothetical scenarios. Because of all of these factors, I always left our calls feeling comforted and at ease. From the initial call with the front desk, Joseph, the consultation with Amy, and to the very end (the resolution of my situation), I felt like a valued client. Amy's knowledge & services are invaluable and I would recommend her to anyone in an instant. The peace of mind of knowing you're in good hands is very worth the price.
