Sadly this company has gone downhill, I have used them a lot in the past, mainly for airport transfers as I travel a lot for work. The latest journey was undertaken by a very rude and aggressive driver who seemed intent on getting as much money as possible so grossly inflated the charges (significantly above the quoted cost and almost twice as much as the outward journey). The additional costs were apparently for extra luggage (exactly the same amount as the outward and easily fitted in a sedan-boot on holiday); waiting time for a flight delay (website clearly states that the flight time is monitored and delays taken into account) and additional cost of parking (I watched the driver pay the minimum amount at the short stay car-park). They then threatened to drop my partner, young son and me off at the side of the motorway as I was not happy with these ridiculous and inflated charges! This taxi company can be described in 2 words EXTREMELY RELIABLE!! I have used this company for over 4 years and have found it head and shoulders above any other cab companies, including Addison Lee. The drivers are always respectful, friendly and in the main punctual. When travelling alone I feel safe which is essential being a woman. Irrespective of the time of day or night you call them the controllers do their best to send a cab to you as quickly as possible. The taxis fare is also very competitive, with an average trip from Balham to the West End coming in at around £20. I wouldn't use anyone else! read more

Professional, courteous, and non-intrusive, their cabs are usually on time, and if there is going to be a rare delay, they will phone you back and keep you informed. No distance is an object if you are prepared to pay, which is useful if you want to get to Heathrow or Gatwick in a hurry, although pre-booking for longer distances is preferred. Hi all, I moved to Nunhead / East Dulwich as few weeks ago and didn't have a clue as to who to ring for cabs etc. I wanted someone reliable as I needed a car to take us to Heathrow for our fab week in the sun. I booked a cab online to be at my front door at 6.15am; which was the day of the Royal Wedding and I was quaking it that there would be problems. At 6.15, lo and behold, a shiny silver car arrived at the front door and we were all standing at the check in desk at Heathrow within 40 minutes. Keen Group - Thanks! I ordered it 1 hour in advance. It didn't show.I call to check and they said driver cancelled it. They said another would arrive in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I call and they say they're still trying to find me a driver! Waited for a cab for 25 minutes after being told it would be ten minutes. Called up and told it would be another ten minutes. Called up a second time, after forty minutes asking where the taxi was and he said that it was around the corner and said sarcastically, "thanks for your patience" then hung up on me. I had been patient, actually, i didn't appreciate the sarcasm and having a phone slammed down in my ear. Worst cab company I have ever dealt with!! Used them for years with no problems then recently they've become extremely unreliable, they'd quote me 10 to 15 minutes for a cab or state the cab was on route and I'd end up waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. It isn't the drivers that are the problem it's the people taking the bookings. I was let down around 5 times in less than a week. Completely avoid. read more

Took over from the excellent Speedicars in SE4 and have now implemented rip-off prices. People in the office don't know the local area, and neither do the drivers. A journey that used to cost £14 was inflated to £22 by driving all over south east London en route. Do not use. read more
